“I have quickly become a big fan of KOIA - so has my son. We primarily buy the protein and fruit smoothies. It’s nice to know that when I need the convenience of a prepared smoothie that I am not getting an excessive amount of sugar. The flavors are fun and imaginative. The customer service has been flawless with prompt notification of a one-time delay with generous options to address any inconvenience. Couldn’t be happier with KOIA!”
“I loved these! I'm not a big fan of protein drinks, but these were amazing. I ordered the variety pack and loved all the flavors. My favorite ones were the cacao bean and vanilla bean! They not only taste good but are nutritious!”
“Shipping was very fast, however I received my order week of January 10th and the case of drinks expired January 27th. A little upset the expiration date was so close to my receiving date, when the last shipment I received had a 2 month window till the expiration date”
“Ordering was breeze. Getting the product, not so much. It took longer than expected. Got the order when I was out of town and the product sat in a box for about 5 days. When I reached out for assistance I got a string of emails that I don’t believe were meant for me but basically saying if she doesn’t ask for her money back then don’t say anything. They never addressed whether the product was safe to consume which was what I was asking. Long story short I expected better customer service and attention to customer concerns than what I got, especially for how expensive the product is.”
