“As long long as iv been kollect must be 2 years now never had any problems the staff are great and very helpfull with any questions you might have and overall would recommed this service 👍👍”

“I've used Kollect from the start. I was delighted to find a service that would allow me to decide how often I would leave out my various bins for collection. In using'pay as you go'I pay for what I use, which means it better for me and the environment. Someone is always there to help and the reminder text is great.”

“Fabulous customer service, always go out of their way to assist with collections even if you miss deadlines Definitely recommend kollect if you do not produce much waste, each bin collected is fairly priced Very helpful staff”

“I think you are an excellent company, always keep me up to date by text, helpful (like the 1000 times I have forgotten to bring out the bin the person collecting has done for me) and east to contact. Thanks for all your hard work and the positive/helpful attitude of all your staff!”

“My experience is if I've a problem i.e missed a booking and it's morning of collection and Kollect haven't been yet, I message them and it's sorted within minutes so I don't have to wait another two weeks for a standard collection, brilliant customer service all round. Thank You and your team. 👍👍👍👍👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Since I swapped from that awful company oxigen I have to say it's been a pleasure easy to communicate with if I had any problems which I have to say I have not had only a couple of messages asking me if I forgot to put out my bin today and if I needed them to collect another day which they did without any fuss. I highly recommend this company keep up your excellent service and don't let your customer services slip as you grow and I will be a customer for life. Regards Emma DeCourcy”
