“Quite simply, the best cakes I or my family have ever eaten. My parents, especially my father, loves them. They are now the only cakes I buy for my loved ones. Thank you for the joy you bring my elderly parents. To a reader - try them once - it's worth it (recommend Chocolate Noisette)”

“Products ordered were great as always expected, however delivery was inadequate. As noted in the order, products were being delivered to an office and for whatever reasons, delivery was expected to arrive after 5pm. I had to call the driver to ensure it got delivered on time and yet it didn’t get delivered until 10 minutes before 5pm. I had to postpone the celebration till the next day.”

“The cake was a gift for a friend. He sad it was delicious. Unfortunately the two people I dealt with in placing the order did not understand English very well. The lady I spoke to became somewhat confused and the delivery man Sebastien found,it difficult to find the delivery address although I had given the postcode several times. Eventually the cake was delivered late.”

“Absolutely delicious cake, really happy with it. Not really sweet, perfectly balanced in flavour and quite moreish! We had it delivered within a certain timeframe and it was great to track and receive confirmation of delivery. Couldn’t fault a thing!”

“I LOVE this bakery! The cake itself is delicious, at a party of 30+ people every single person asked where it was from because of how good it was. The staff is beyond kind and friendly overall 100/10 experience. No photos cake was eaten so quickly but matches exactly what’s on the website”

“There's a reason i've been a repeat customer of Konditor and the Curly Whirly cake in particular for over 15 years now, they provide great service and their baked goods are divine. So when I had a friends birthday coming up recently, it was a no-brainer where i should go to for the cake!”

“Konditor have an easy to use and understand website, my only complaint is that the prices are too high for the size you get. Once you open a box to a £31 cake it is a little underwhelming to see the size when compared to the price paid.”

“I ordered a red velvet champaigne and balloons decorated birthday cake for my adult daughter. The cake was delivered on the day requested with tracking by a very pleasant driver. I always say the driver is an ambassador for the company, and it tells you about the company's culture. The cake was beautifully decorated. Eating it was like heaven on earth, a total dream! Beautiful moist sponge with mascapone cream frosting. Konditor is my go-to cake company when I want a cake for special occasions. Why go anywhere else. Thank you Konditor for a wonderful shopping experience from start to finish. Your website is so easy to navigate with so many choices of cake, flavourings and decoration. I will certainly be coming back to you for more!”

“We got a Brownie Sharing platter of 12 as a gift. All was so delicious and fresh, so I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday and ordered Treat time box of 8, unfortunately not all bronies in the box was fresh, I was a bit disappointed as I got it for a very special occasion and person.. if I wouldn't try this other box before, I wouldn't feel different. This is my very honest feedback.”
