“Disappointingly your courier just left the cake on my front doorstep on one of the hottest days we have had - he didn’t wait to see if anyone was home. Not what I expect from K&C where I paid extra for delivery”

Hi Lara, Thank you for taking the time leave us a review and making us aware of the experience you had with our courier and ourselves. We take all feedback and complaints seriously and I can assure you that this will be taken up with our courier. Every delivery should be handled with consideration and care and I can see on this occasion it has not, so I completely understand the frustration. The driver should follow all delivery instructions but if there are none, they should contact the customer directly to get further information on what to do with the delivery. I am very sorry that your delivery was left on the doorstep and left out in the heat without the courier making you aware of this, it is completely unacceptable. We always try to bring joy through our products and unfortunately, we were unable to do that this time round. If you can provide any more information or photos of your order then please email hello@konditor.co.uk as this will help when I forward this complaint to our courier. I'm sorry again about this. “Bought this for a baby shower and everyone loved it! I'm not usually a big fan of carrot cake but this one was delicious; light and not too sweet. The staff were really friendly too. Would definitely recommend!”

“The greatest cakes! Have been using Konditor for a few years now and they make the best cakes without a shadow of a doubt! Their customer service is second to none and they can always be relied on for everything :) I recommend them highly, and will continue to buy occasion cakes and treats from them for the foreseeable future.”

“This pistachio cake is sublime! Bought for my mum’s birthday and she ate most of it :) It’s a favourite of mine but I save it for special occasions otherwise I’ll become diabetic!! Great service and lovely cake, plus my mum was very happy - THANK YOU!”
