“I sent many emails regarding my only shipment with you so far.. Please check and reply. My shippment is about to be TERMINATED by aramex in Hong Kong as you DID NOT RESPOND TO THEIR SIMPLE REQUIREMENTS?! The requirements are very simple, it's only two pdf through email.. Just a few klicks by your keyboard.. Very simple.. Is this how you deal with customer care?! Ahmed”
