“Kosmics part was great but you chose Couriers Please to deliver the goods. I have not had a good experience with them EVER and they have delayed delivery for this transaction too. Their service is so bad, I will rethink doing business with Kosmic next time. Seriously, contract with any other courier or you will lose business IMO.”

“Being an impatient person I wanted my delivery as soon as possible and Kosmic did just that, I received my delivery within three days of ordering, the only problem was my bank which has a three day cool off period to protect my money, but apart from that my delivery came as soon as was possible. All my purchases were in good condition there was nothing I could ever complain about so I gave Kosmic full points for their service and delivery. Thank You Kosmic Peter”

“Greetings.....thanks...everything seemed to go quite well. The harmonica arrived undamaged and I'm happy with the purchase. Delivery time was Ok given that purchases from other agencies also seem to take a longer time than expected for an Australian product but th's probably just Covid. BUT...Please take me off your mailing list...i'll come back if i need to”
