“The product I wanted said “available in-store” and will be sent the next day. This however was not the case as I quickly received an email saying that it had to be shipped from the eastern states and would take up to 2 weeks. If I knew this was the case I would not have purchased the item. I think there needs to be a clearer indication of what is available in-store and ready deliver.”

“only ordered online because of the 24 hr shipping as due to lockdown wouldve theoretically arrived before i had a chance to go to the physical store. even after meeting all the criteria ended up not being delivered in 24 hours then due to it being before a weekend ended up not arriving till monday. may as well have just waited a day for lockdown to end and gone to physical store. normally pretty good and can understand it was probably the courier’s fault was just frustrating wasting 3 days.”
