“I ordered extensions using next day delivery. They ended up arriving after 5 days and were too late for the event that I needed them for. I was still charged for next day delivery though.
The packaging that the extensions came in were not adequate and every one of the boxes of extensions were damaged.
I contacted customer service for a full refund but have still had no response.
I would not recommend and would not order from their site again.”
“Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, my Daughter ordered extension just before lock down. After waiting a month, both myself and my Daughter made contact a few times, it took ages for a reply. When i asked for the order to be cancelled, as she clearly wasn't getting them. On the 05/05/2020, i was emailed to say the order has been cancelled. I've emailed numerous times about my refund, no one to this day has responded to the email. My Daughter is 16 years old!”
“Absolutely awful. Paid for my extensions and never received them. Constantly messaged and emailed them to get pretty much no response. They also lied several times about where my item was. Never ended up receiving it.”
