Kubera is the world's most modern portfolio tracker. Track almost any asset class (traditional & crypto) in one place with Swiss bank privacy & security.
“They have been pretty good so far.... the best thing is of all of the other services this one does the best with linking the most of my different accounts.... not all yet but better than others. Doesn't really track transactions like quicken or something, just account values. Th IRR is okay but I don't just want the %IRR I want it annualized to be able to compare across other investments. I haven't delved into the assumptions but the fast forward feature is neat to be able to project where you might be at retirement.”
“I've run into where I can't get it to recalculate things in the past that I've manually overridden. I can't find a way to tell it that this change isn't a change on my story I'm just correcting something that the originally entry is incorrect”
“Kubera’s strength is the ability to incorporate data sources across currencies and countries. This is rare for any money management tool.
However aside from that the number of useful features are limited. There are other apps which much better data viz, as well as useful tools for budgeting, transaction monitoring, and passive income tracking.”
“Kubera saves me a lot of time each month when estimating Net Worth numbers.
It was fairly straightforward during setup and linking of accounts with only a few that could not be linked currently.
Whenever I ran into difficulty and connected with Support, they responded quickly and either resolved the issue or took note for future development.
Overall, I am pleaed with the value Kubera provides me.”
“I like the ease of use of Kubera which as a nice interface and you are good to go after a few moments of reading the screen, no manual required just start and you are good to go. Also great to be able to have gold and silver in the portefolio, that was indeed one of the main reasons to go with Kubera.
What i do not like so much is, that updating is not instantly but usually done until next day (for example with Interactive Broker accounts), but not so much of a big problem”
“I love this service and appreciate the integrations. The ability to see my entire portfolio in one place is amazing. My ONLY complaint is I would like a native iPhone app. I am constantly on the go, and the mobile website has very limited functionality. For this reason alone I drop 1 star. Everything else is great.”
“Kubera is the best option I've found for tracking net worth. The software is very intuitive and easy to use. My only quibble with the software and reason for not rating 5 stars is that some of my financial accounts do not update timely sometimes or the bank connection fails and I need to reestablish. This doesn't happen often but wish it wouldn't happen at all.”
“Amazing user interface and overall experience. The one annoying thing, however, is how frequently I find myself having to link, relink, or unlink bank accounts. It's not super often, but once every 1-2 weeks, I need to relink an account because incorrect information is being displayed.”
“I find Kubera very helpful in organizing my finances, and especially love the simple user interface (just like Excel), multi-currency features, focus on investment tracking (not as add-on to a budgeting app), ability to cater for international investments (not just US) and alternative investments. It would be good if Kubera could also allow users to tailor-make their own reports (not just restricted to the templates), and allow users to change mode of log-in (I initially signed in using Google account and want to switch to email+password but can't).”
“My experience so far has been very positive.
Improvements I would like to see:
- One place where I can see all of the accounts that need to be updated.
- The ability to see recent transactions for synced accounts (even if it's just read-only).
- The ability to track the wallets of more crypto altcoins.”
“Good service and price-worthy. However, would like better UI regarding new valuations to private/non-listed assets, such as private stock. There should be an input possibility to connect a new valuation to some supporting document.”
