“What I found with Matt Munson and Shea Pillsbury, the dynamic duo of Keller Williams, in Beverly, MA, is that they are not only very capable and excellent at explaining things, they are also extremely kind and generous with their time and hands-on efforts. Everything felt much less overwhelming than it would otherwise. The group of 5 other agents that we interviewed had far more experience as agents but were either difficult to understand or acted sort of self-important or were very nice and knowledgeable but... it was so extremely helpful to have an agent with a truck to help me move some of our furniture to storage or to donate to the assisted living home. Plus the people Matt and Shea suggested for house cleaning and the legal stuff were also very kind and easy to communicate with. We really worked well as a team. I plan to use them again when my husband’s parents leave their home. Even though it is more than an hour away from their office they have said they can do it.”
