“Order a tower next day delivery, 2 weeks later nothing. had to ring them to be told they still could not give me a date.”

“really bad experience, ordered a ladder with next day on 27th July its now 18th August and i still don't have it and they have gone silent on me... not great and i would not recommend, the money has left my account of course!”
