I have ordered and still waiting for this to arrive. 1 update on delivery said it’s in Essex, another said a shipment is late! Emailed 4 times now and still awaiting for my purchase to turn up. Too late for the birthday present! Still awaiting to hear!?

Avoid this website , there phone number isn’t real, and they only deal with emails that get half replied to by someone who can’t spell , I’m left now with no main present for my daughters birthday ,

I bought a scooter on March 27, 2021 so far I have not received after several emails I have been informed that my package has been delivered but I have not received any notification from the dpd carrier would not indicate to any person

I ordered a scooter in February. I still haven't received it. I've had no response from them and no refund as of yet. I've sent email after email and get no reply. The telephone number isn't in use either.

Ordered 1st scooter in Jan not delivered. 2nd "stolen" when YODEL courier "gave" the parcel to a random passerby......if you believe THAT! We have reported this to Police and Trading standards as 4 months later still no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YODEL have admitted they lost the parcel and have told my son to liaise with the retailer......you would think as we have good consumer protections in this country that there would of been no issue with a refund. It's looking like we will have to go to court with this one.

Ordered 2 scooters for my boys, after delays with shipping which I accepted and waited patiently, the scooters broke. Over a month on still waiting for it to be fixed as they offered to send parts out for me to fix myself, however as these parts are riveted on I haven’t a clue where to start. Told me to take it to a scooter shop and they will pay reasonable costs but won’t say what they are. The only place local is Halfords. Then asked me to post it back to them and provide my own packaging but still awaiting a postal label. It’s still under warranty yet I am being messed about. I would never buy from this company again and may have to seek legal help now to get somewhere.

After 2 weeks wait I got my scooter delivered. Looks fine no problem at the moment. After I read some of the bad reviews was worried about my order, but when ever I e mail them Stacy and Jamie answered me quickly. Two weeks waiting nothing to do with the company delays happens after brexıt. There was lots of complains about the mudguard as well its snapping of easily so you have to buy extra bracket to make it steady but my one come already fitted. Seems like company showed some progress on that. Thanks ladspad.

They delivered after just a 2 week wait, the EU are making all British businesses wait and messing them around because of Brexit. Some of you people must be mentally damaged if you can't grasp that. And as for Stacey she was right on it answering emails and kept her word so try having patience instead of making allegations that are completely untrue, so Thank you LadsPad if I need anything else I'll email you and see if you can help. 👍

After placing an order back in December no scooter was received, got all the emails blaming COVID, blaming brexit but at the end of the day all companies are in the same position. After promises of it coming every other day still nothing so we decided to ask for a full refund. Email back saying refund would be 3 days, 10 days later and nothing and now they don’t respond. I’ve got my suspicions that this is a fraudulent company, stay well clear people! Joke of a company. Update 15/02 - Still no refund and your email to me on 05/02 contradicts your reply below, Has or hasn't my refund been processed as its still not received. Hi Shaun, Huge apologies for this unfortunately you are on the wait list and you haven’t been moved over onto the refund list. Your order has been dispatched and it will be delivered very soon. Once it’s delivered we can then arrange a return and refund. I’ve tried to give you a call but I’m unable to get through. Another email received 08/02 so im still confused how I was refunded on 25/01. Hi Shaun, You are on the wait list for some reason. Would you like us to cancel dispatch and refund you or continue with the order? Update 20/02 - still no refund absolute joke, avoid at all costs people. Company’s been reported.

Yes there were delays but ladspad were very open and kept us up to date with what happened!! We now have received our scooter and so happy with it. It was definitely worth the wait!!! Going to be ordering another soon!!
