“We bought two full sets of cutlery and within a week or so they started to fall apart. Laguiole Attitude replaced one set and the same thing happened. Despite their 'guarantee' of a full refund for faulty goods they have refused to do so, even though we eventually had not one complete item. After many emails we gave up and bought a set from a different supplier and they are terrific. No problems at all. Laguiole Attitude have an absolutely ROTTEN attitude. Do not believe the 'refund guaranteed if goods faulty' lie. Do NOT waste your money buying from this rubbish company.”
