This place Lasership are the thieves ordered 4packages which only item’s delivered and received were from Amazon and fed ex. Both my packages fro. Lasership was stolen. They good thieves too for use other parties to still. I got them I promise I shall figure this out. Lasership will still your package be it their drivers or the entire company is a scam I promise.

I’ve been receiving the same copy and paste message for the last three days! The customer service at this place is horrible you can’t even get in contact with a real person to speak about where my package is or why is there a delivery delay ! This company has to do better. Your website doesn’t give accurate updates & my package has been sitting in for facility for 3 days! Today will be day number 4 I need to know when my package when be delivered to me !!!!!!! This is very frustrating not getting a respond from someone that can actual try to help me resolve this issue. I went on laser ship & on trac neither gives me estimate delivery date or time. The customer service you provide needs a lil more care, you can’t keep sending customers automatic messages & think that will fix the issue.

Ok Here's the real rub. I worked at LaserShip for 2 years. . There are numerous problems as to why your packages are not showing up/ damaged / stolen . I'm going to make this short. 1- The package gets lost in the mix at the warehouse because of disorganization 2- the workers are stealing mainly shoes Nike / addidas / yeezys / some clothing ect 3- The drivers DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. So if they can't speak any English how are they reading your street address. Also the way they handle packages is ridiculous. They are throwing packages in the warehouse with no disdain for the Customer. I was shocked when I witnessed this. So, if your package arrives smashed you know why. Combine that with the drivers throwing packages as witnessed and your package is obliterated. This is just a greedy Company that doesn't care anything about your package or their employees. All they care about is their bottom line. I worked there for like I said 2 years. I did not get one raise. Not a penny. Your playing the 50- 50 game with LaserShip. You might get your package or you might not get your package. It depends on numerous factors. Not a good company. They fire all the good people and keep the bad. One day justice will be served. I just cannot believe they are getting ãway with this. But the BBB doesn't care. Good luck, I felt so bad seeing the lack of remorse and disrespect for other peoples items. I did my best on my part while I was there. Catch 22, all packages that are stolen, misplaced what have you the Customer gets a refund. So the cycle repeats. This will continue until the MAJOR restructuring is done. My advice. DO NOT USE LASERSHIP BEWARE.

Ordered items from Fashion Nova on November 30th, 2022 and Lasership tracking show that it was delivered to my suite at My Malls on December 15th. I did not receive an email from My Malls advising me that a package had come in. Due to a family health emergency over the holidays, being advised about delays in getting our packages due to the weather and high volume coupled with me not receiving an email from My Malls saying that a package was in my suite I did not check the tracking sooner. My Malls have investigated and confirmed that the package never arrived. I have sent an email to Lasership asking them to please review the delivery to see who signed for it from My Malls but they are not helping!! I will definitely be reaching out to Fashion Nova to advise of this scam that Lasership Shipping are running. Hopefully I can request that whenever I order anything from anywhere that they do NOT use Lasership ever again!!!

If you’re reading this, file a complaint with the FTC against them. Here is the link https://www.ftc.gov/ File an anti trust complaint so the FTC can send Lasership a warning letter.

Worst experience ever. They stated they left a package at front door with a time of delivery. Nothing there. I was home and on first floor all day. No picture as proof of delivery or proof that it was sitting on a neighbor’s porch. Customer service absolutely horrible. Wish I could give zero stars.

Ordered from Nordstrom.... supposed to get 8 boxes... all marked delivered to a mobile home park... I am at least 15 miles from ANY mobile home parks. Did not get any of them....Picture showed a door that was not even remotely close to my door... Investigated further, tracking showed packages were bounced back and forth state to state to 4 different mobile home parks. I am no where near any mobile home parks... This is a scam and needs to be investigated.

Wanted to put zero, not even 1 star! Worse delivery experience ever! Worse customer service, nobody responds, only computer automatically answers but not taking a step because it’s a robot though! This company delivered my package to the wrong address. Once I discovered the delivery made mistakes twice. LaserShip forced me to confirm the address I didn’t provide to the selller. Stealing customers package!!! Nightmare!

Delivery driver literally threw my package into a pile of snow, 1ft away from the clear walkway and 8ft away from our covered porch where every other delivery driver (with any sense of common courtesy) leaves every other package. Customer service is just bots so you can’t file a complaint

You really have a lousy service, unfortunately I have had 8 packages with you, of which I have only received one, that is, 1 package of 8 and that because I called every day to complain, could that be possible? Additionally, when I talk to you, the excuse is that the drivers don't read the instructions. I would like to know what kind of drivers do you hire? that it is so difficult for them to abide by simple instructions. This making excuses among yourselves is not at all ethical for a company.

Would give 0 stars if possible. This company does not know how to deliver. They said they left my package at the Leasing Office, however, my leasing office does not hold packages or have a mail room. Each building of the apartment complex has it's own address. The company my package was from resent my package, and again LaserShip said they left it at the leasing office, and again, package was nowhere to be found. LaserShips "investigation" into the issue was simply "Our records indicate package was delivered" and that was it. I have never had any issues with FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or Amazon delivering my packages to the correct place.

Thieves!!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬 marked my package delivered and didn’t deliver anything. I have security cameras everywhere. Horrible company!!!!!!!

I'm about to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and Fashion Nova too for using their services. I am out of $150 because I didn't receive my last two packages from FASHIONNOVA. Do not order anything from Fashion Nova. Since they have been utilizing this shipping service, I have not been receiving my packages at all! They are basically keeping our stuff!

I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from Adidas. I thought they used UPS to ship packages. No, they used this horrible company. Got a notification that the package was delivered. Went out no package. Called lasership and they assured me it was delivered. I told them I have cameras and no one came to my house at the time and day listed. They launched an investigation, but came to the conclusion that it was delivered. It was stolen by the driver. I called adidas and got my money back. But unfortunately I will never order from adidas again if they continue to use Lasership!!!

This is the worst company that ever existed. I dont even want to give them the one star they have had my package for a week and every single time I call them there is another excuse on why I didn't receive my parcel and why it wasn't delivered. They have the worst customer service and will lie right to your face.

If the rating could be zero or even a negative LaserShip would receive get that. Extremely horrible service, never delivers to correct address or 99% of time you do NOT get you package. Every single delivery is an issue I do not know why companies use this service. Customer service is no better, if you actually get the chance to speak to someone they are just as clueless and there is never any satisfactory resolution to LaserShip's ongoing horrible, bad service.
