“Order from them in late September of 2022 and got it in December of that year if I remember correctly it took longer then I expected but it definitely arrived as for the quality of the material it was quite good 👍”

“Genuinely surprised by the negativity on here 😔 I've been ordering from Catfish for a few years now. Yes the wait times can be a few months but the price and quality is outstanding. I have bought multiple outfits from them ranging from club/stage wear to intimate, and today received a heavy 1mm suit that is 5x the cost in EU. I had a live order during the US split and when the Chinese side informed me they couldn't process it and the US wouldn't refund me I (somewhat regrettably) acted like an entitled assh*ole and demanded they fulfil. Which, fair play they actually did and in short order. Use the Chinese website (.com), read their business statement. They are open about Chinese trading practices and in particular their lax approach to copyright 🤣 Their customer service is prompt, non judgemental and polite and the option all retailers should have to select the sex of your outfit is truly amazing. I couldn't be happier with them and will continue to order from them. Order and be patient, just make sure you checkout with PayPal so there's no risk to your details. Xx”

“So I was concerned too about ordering from Glanzig / latex catfish. So I wrote to them asking about some of the Negative reviews around the web and they told me that they had a falling out with there US office and there were some issues in the past. They have since taken care of the issues and would like to rebrand as Glanzig. My experience was excellent, the custom size suit that I ordered was perfect and the delivery time was not bad. I have to say I will order again and I'm excited about it I honestly have had more issues with Simon O.”

“Am 17.06.20 bestellt, und leider nichts bekommen, dann kam die Trennung von den Niederlassungen in USA und China. USA hat sich nicht gemeldet und mich ignoriert; China war kooperativer. Ich habe letztentlich mein Gerd via Paypal erhalten und damit abgefunden das ich keine Ware aber mein Geld wieder zurückhabe. Der jetzige verbliebene Latexcatfish ist der Chinesische die Leute antworten schnell und kooperativ.”

“I don’t see all of the issues that others are having I have had multiple orders where everything fit perfectly from their normal product line and having custom pieces made that were awesome. I’ve had my outfits for years now with no tearing and no issues. Other than the chlorination being so expensive that I’ve done it myself I haven’t had any problems communication hasn’t been a problem. Yes there is a waiting period but with hundreds of orders there is going to be some delay especially during holidays like Halloween and Valentine’s Day.”

“I have not bought from Latex Catfish for a while. I bought a catsuit, some shorts and a couple of hoods 6 years ago. The shorts are still 80% as new - latex beginning to lose a bit of elasticity, but I live in a tropical climate, so even elastic in everyday underwear doesn't last long here. One hood is still fully usable, the other never fitted properly (not made to measure) so I tried to alter it and wrecked it in doing so that's on me. The suit has started to show signs of wear and tear. The gloves ripped after about 4 years and recently it got a rip on the back - no fault of the suit, rubbed against something sharp. In fact the suit prevented injury. I've managed to repair that but decided to look at a new one since this one is 6 years old. I really don't know how long latex catsuits should last but I suspect that 6 years is considered good because my order history has been wiped from the company's database. Six years is longer than any other latex items I have owned have ever lasted - including UK and Dutch companies. The suit was a standard size. It fitted well except for the socks. Now they have the option to add toe socks, so that can be solved. I note from current news that there is some problem between the US and Chinese sides of the business. I am not sure what it all is about as pieces about that seem to contradict each other, so I have no idea who is at fault, nor do I want to get involved. All I know is that the products I have bought in the past were made in China, were shipped directly to me from China and they were/are good. I hope the issues can be solved quickly so I can order again. I'm putting thoughts of ordering on hold for now. I hope my current suit can last until things are sorted. ONce sorted out I have no hesitation ordering from them again. On a pricing note I see from the current catalogue that prices have only gone up about $5 on an item that was $170 6 years ago. Latex is not cheap but Latex Catfish is cheaper than the European brands and less than 2% increase in 6 years is amazing for any company selling any product. Sorry it's a long review but I hate reviews that don't really say anything of substance.”

“Be careful. There are two Latex Catfish sites. I ordered from latexcatfish.store, which unbeknownst to me, recently changed to Glanzig based in Texas. This order was quite sizeable but has taken over 4 months, and only after complaining have they started to respond to me. The other site is Latexcatfish.com which is (now) apparently quite unrelated and based in China. Apparently there was a difficult break up between the two. I confused the two and complained to the Chinese site also, but I now realise they are unrelated, and I have no issue with them. My advice to customers is to be very aware who you are buying from. As I have yet to receive any products from Glanzig and have never purchased from latexcatfish.com I cannot review their actual products. What I would say is that latexcatfish.com has been quite sympathetic with my problem even though it is actually nothing to do with them.”

“Just after I ordered (about March 15th 2021), I noticed that the Latex Catfish brand had split up, and accidentally ordered on the US site (ending in '.store'), while being in contact with the Chinese one before my purchase. It is definitively complicated and confusing. The day after my order, I got an email from the US-branch, asking which kind of zippers I wanted. To me, that seemed like a sign the company might still be producing (a scam company would probably not put the effort in communicating about order details). I paid my order with PayPal, and opened a dispute (just in case) about a week after my order, based on the reviews on this site and others. I got into contact with the US-branch again, and they asked me to close the dispute, or cancel my order. I proposed that, if they would send me some pictures of the suit during manufacturing, I would close the dispute. So I closed it, and about a week later, I got a picture (so yes, I took the risk by closing it BEFORE I got any pictures). Concerning the communication, all was done through email. I always got an answer the morning after the day I sent the email. Not surprisingly fast, but definitively acceptable. The guy I was in contact with told me the suit would be in production at the beginning of April 2021, and would be ready for shipping in May 2021. To my surprise, the suit was shipped (with FedEx) last Thursday (April 8th 2021). Today (April 15th 2021), I received the suit (delivery between China-Europe). It was suspiciously fast, and I was a little worried. Normally their process takes more than a few months... Then the order itself: small package, but still firmly wrapped. I ordered a suit with separate gloves and socks. The quality of the latex seems ok, the gluing job is ok (some superficial letters are not completely glued well in the corners, but nothing structural), and the size is perfect (I ordered a standard size). So for this price, I am definitively satisfied. I have ordered one time before with Latex Catfish (in late 2017), before the split, and in comparison with this order, they have clearly improved on production time, communication, kinds of zippers, latex quality and shipping time. I only received that order about half a year later, and it took multiple emails to push them to do their job faster. So in that sense, my previous experience with Latex Catfish is more similar to many of the reviews here. However, it is strange that for my most recent order, many people share a completely different experience than mine: no or poor communication, extremely long waiting times (or just no sign their order is actually being processed), etc. So I would suggest anyone who wants to place an order: read through all reviews and make up your mind. All I can say is that I am pretty satisfied. It might be that they are still trying to clean up the mess, and catching up with the orders, but I cannot affirm that. Also: they have a new website as part of the split: it's called Glanzig.com. You can still access the old website through their new one, but if you want to order with them, it would probably be better to order from their new website... Anyway, sorry for the long review. Hope it helps.”

“Good quality, nice product and great price. You do have to wait a few months for your order but I've always been happy with what I got. It seems like lately the US side of the company has made a mess of things. They do however try and keep people informed and said all orders will still be manufactured. I really hope they stay in business!”

“I got a Made to measure catsuit from them two years ago and it's still going strong, good work for the price. It's literally the cheapest around. I had to wait much longer than the advertised 30 day wait period but I emailed them before we reached that point and I was informed due to a backlog of work it would take another 30 days to be made. This was a while ago but as I remember it came about the time they promised although it took a total of 06-something days.”

“I ordered clothes from Catfish. Delivery time is very long - longer than written on the page. Finally after 4 month we received the shipment with all ordered items. For this price the quality is ok. Nothing special but ok. They have beautiful items on there webpage so I think about ordering a second time.”

“Revised Review. Kune 2021 : We hear that Catfish is now using UK made. Or made to UK specification rubber sheets in their manufacturing process. If so that earlier low quality material with unpleasant chemical odor might be history. We might try a small sample order and post our findings. Old review below: Wrong Name! Latex "Crap Fishy". Bad fit. Aweful chemical odour. Useless Company now.”

“LatexCatfish used to be good. Their web site states 10-12 weeks for standard orders. I ordered mid-September 2023 and 12 weeks later inquired about delivery. They asked me to wait until the end of March 2024. That's 14 more weeks on top of the original 12 they stated and their web site STILL states 10-12 weeks for delivery. They never notified me about delays. They just had me wait three months for nothing. Random ebay and aliexpress sellers never do this. Don't expect to get anything from them for six months if you decide to order from them. Use a payment method that offers chargebacks and make sure you get your money back.”

“I ordered over the years and was pleased with prices, though slow. And glad Chlorination was an option. But my last order was 36 weeks and despite 'custom' I think the suits were just slightly altered standard sizes as in .6, BOTH are too snug in the armpit, bicep and shoulder causing major bruising and this is only .6 rubber?! I note on my order "pattern processing" was dated and then reappeared literally MONTHS later as happening again. DHL shipping was a help as it came quickly once actually shipped. Just bummed on the tight chest/top sizing. Prob have to cut off into tights - the sleeveless one even is too tight in the chest/shoulder Checked my measurements and my custom charts and no there's no way they fully paid attention. I have an order with the similar/sister/ competition/ second site? kinkprojects? and that order is literally 42 weeks - a company should not take orders like that unless they inform customers "current wait time is appx 10 months" I mean seriously a woman can make a baby faster! really frustrated Skintight just stops taking orders if they can't turn them around in a month. Quality control seems to have really slipped. and I cannot tell since catfish and kinkprojects have almost identical site layouts if they are just two of the same or competitors, the wait was insane, and an earlier sleepsack was also cut very small in the chest in general. I much prefer the things I got several years ago. I don't know if I will bother again. Also the beachball hood mouth is too small to breathe through, I will rerig that myself, not going to endanger a gimp.”

“Ordered a few suits from them. First couple of times it was 2 month and well done. Next (in 2018) order took 7 months(!!!) and was done a little bit wrong. Apparently they gone bad.”

“Order over 10 weeks in waiting for M2M, with an expectation of another 4 minimum. I don't mind waiting, but don't string me along. Tell me it's going to be 4 months before I order. Don't lie to me or I will ensure everyone knows about it. Previous ordered products were good in quality, however which makes this wait time saddening to post.”
