I requested to have my lawn mowed from Lawn Love. They came and took pictures of my grass and quoted me over $160 to mow my lawn due to the long grass fee. I declined the service and did it myself. Then it scheduled me for monthly service. I cancelled the appointment on the app and it showed on the app that it was cancelled. After it was cancelled, I got an automated text and email that someone was coming to mow the lawn. I had just had a new driveway put in the day before which cost $17,000. There was caution tape over the wet concrete driveway and a construction vehicle parked on the lawn. The app did not work properly and so the service being cancelled was not properly put into their system. The worker, instead of contacting me or taking pictures and leaving, walked their mower all over the wet concrete, and around the construction vehicle leaving MASSIVE DAMAGE ON MY NEW SEVENTEEN THOUSAND DOLLAR DRIVEWAY. I put in a property damage claim which they say they will reply to, but they have not gotten back to me about it yet. When I tried to cancel the service it said I needed to have a 3 mow minimum. When I called to complain they finally cancelled the service. This was the 1st time they had mowed my lawn and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. If they do not provide adequate restitution for this claim, I will be reporting to the BBB and start taking legal action against them.

Don't use this company. i never know when or if someone will be coming out to mow my lawn. The "Pro" that does my lawn doesn't even know the basics of how to mow a lawn correctly. It was impossible to communicate with the "pro".

I called lawn love and scheduled a grass cutting job for 8/28/23 and these guys cancelled 5x scheduled appointments and did not cut grass until 9/2/33. These guys are very unprofessional and cancel appointments with no consideration for customers time. I had to miss work waiting on these guys and they would cancel at the end of the day. Apparently they hire contractors without really checking their work history and there was multiple different contractors scheduled to cut my grass that were no shows. Please do not hire these guys they are the worst lawn care people I have ever dealt with in 30 years. Also they try to tell you that you must agree to get 3 cuts to get their lawn service and than don’t show up. I am paying for 1 cut and they are fired. Dr Walter Brooks

Very Dissatisfied. Do Not Use This Company! There has been no sense of urgency shown to my service request. Very Unprofessional. After being made to wait, my service was postponed due to inclimate weather on the date of service at the last minute, however there was no inclimate weather whatsoever. Customer support has no other alternativesz. Extrmely dissatisfied!!!

Complete waste of time. They were supposed to cut my mother's lawn, but they bluffed out twice. This is unacceptable and disrespectful not just to me, but to my mother as well. Do Better.

Titus did not complete the service as requested. It is my understanding from the neighbor he stated he was going to report my home due to a colony of feral cats that live in the neighborhood but are not related to me. I cannot recommend the service based on this experience. The company advertised weeding and garden work, he refused to perform these duties as well.

Do not use this dishonest service. We were out of town when the service was done. They requested 30% increase in cost after coming out when we had accurately relayed the project for the initial quote. We reluctantly approved it. They then took a week beyond the original date to do the work. When we got home we found they had only done a small front yard and left the leaves in the back piles up and not removed. We paid for the leave removal for the whole yard. Lawn love said they had to give the servicer 24 hours to respond to their message asking for the job to be completed. No response after 24 but then they said they had to give 48 hours. I called a third time for resolution and then they said it was still 1 more hour until the 48 ended because they were in central time. But the dispute as files over 48 hours earlier eastern time. They promised after the time passed if the servicer did not make it right they would have some one else finish the job without any further cost to us. I then got a text message saying they were just going to refund half the amount because the front yard was done. The front yard is less than 1/3 of the yard at the house. Even if this was an acceptable resolution, which it is not, they still haven’t refunded anything.

I would always look at the reviews that have the lowest star reviews. Because these are the real people. So many people are paid to leave nice reviews so take this for what it was worth. We moved out of state and we trusted these guys with our yard (and were trying to sell our home at the time). They were HORRENDOUS. Didn't come when they were scheduled, ONLY mowed the front lawn, had to come back twice to mow the back and weed eat. This continued three more times, and then they broke a sprinkler head and didnt say anything, that team just quit. Luckily our neighbor said something else this would have continued to leak water for the rest of the month causing who knows how much damage. I would NEVER go with these guys again.

My service was rescheduled for 3 times and I took 3 days off to wait for them, no one came to my house at all until 7:00pm of the last day, which made me so angry to cancel the service and closed my account forever. I want to give a negative star too!

would give negative stars if I could. I have used them since July 6 (since I have to use them 3 times) all three times my lawn was not cut properly (this last time, the entire back yard and side was not cut at all) It was supposed to be cut between the 4-5 of Aug, they didn't show up til the 6th. Only cut the front yard, I called to complain. Lawn Love said give them 24hrs and it would be fixed. I recieved a text at 0654a on the 7th being told that the guy could not cut it that day due to religious beliefs (too easy) they didn't show on the 8th either. I had to call again and was told that the lawn provider came out on the 7th and fixed it (which they didn't) Finally customer service said they would get a different provider and they would be out here the 11 or 12 of Aug. I said fine, but I didn't feel like I should be charged extra for long grass since it wasn't my fault. The customer service rep agreed and said I wouldn't be charged extra. Found out who my new provider was, texted them to warn them about the long grass (probably almost a foot by now) and they sent me a new quote ($109.17) and wouldn't be able to make until the 15/16th Aug. I have been on the phone with customer service not stop since the start of this process and still no resolution. The newest customer service said that they will fond another new provider but the soonest would be 13/14th Aug. I am now awaiting a supervisor to call me back to give me more BS information. This is one of the worse services ever. I see why they make you agree to 3 cuts, because if you didn't have to you would definitely stop after the 1st cut. I would not recommend this service to anyone. I am still here with grass in my backyard that you don't want to walk thru for fear of what could be slithering in it. Do not use thus company

Lawn Love doesn't understand the difference between a price quote request and doing the job without being authorized to do it. Although I am a senior citizen doesn't mean I'm stupid, but Lawn Love sure know how to make a prospective customer inferior due their disrespect of the prospective customer's price quote request. As a retired customer service person of 60+ years, I would not consider their approach respectful when it is crammed down your throat. One thing they did do was to take themselves out of the picture of being a potential lawn care service.

No one ever showed up!! We specifically hired them to take a BIG task off our to do list prior to my son's birthday party; they said the lawn would be taken care of Thursday or Friday. Thursday I get a text at 2.33p saying "Lance" is on the way and at 2.34p I get a text asking if I'm satisfied with his work! We wait in case there was a mistake and call at 4p when no one has shown up only to be told "Lance" submitted a google map photo of our yard as proof he mowed it (apparently in under a minute). We explained the urgency and the reason we asked them to come out in the first place and were PROMISED it would be done Friday instead. However, once again I get a text that "Lance" (Yes! They gave it to the same guy!) is on his way only to get another text 15 minutes later asking if we were satisfied. Having learned our lesson on Thursday we IMMEDIATELY called only to be told once again they will get someone out immediately to resolve it. THEN I get a text message saying there was an "unexpected problem" so the mowing will be done on Monday. We obviously cancelled this as the party was on SATURDAY and I needed it done BEFORE then not after!!! So at 5p on Friday evening we are now outside working in the yard instead of doing the other pre-party preparation we had planned to do. My husband was in the yard until WELL after dark all thanks to Lawn Love. And I haven't even mentioned how the agents graciously OFFERED to not charge us for the service (you know, the one we didn't get) AND tried to argue with my husband about cancelling because we had a contract! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!?!? You want to start talking about our contract when you've no showed twice in 24 hours for our first service ever!?!?

Charged $267.94 for an incomplete job. Pro stated he didn't have equipment to finish job and left. I went to App and tried to access their did not complete job form. Form would not load. Imagine that. Used other means to contact them even emailed Yamaguchi the CEO. He's sorry I had a bad experience. That's it, not let me fix this to your satisfaction or nothing. This company is a sham and a rip off. I will be disputing the charge to my card. Do not use Lawn Love for your lawn care needs.
