Dangerous products and shocking customer services. 6 bulbs out of a 24 bulb order were wired incorrectly (some move from warm to cold while the others move from cold to warm) and one driver has blown after testing 3 times. They are attempting to refuse a warranty refund as I opened one of the 6 bulb units to confirm incorrect wiring. Avoid at all costs unless faulty wiring and house fires are your thing.

Shocking service Ordered in February Supposed to be delivered in 7 working days. What they have sent me in may is wrong and they won't respond again Got 1 star cos I couldn't leave them non stars

Delivery 4 weeks so an improvement on the reviews below. I got caught out by the 5-7 on their side. Coming from Spain which is why I expect it took so long. Chased after a week as no despatch abs they sent me tracking details. Item as advertised. Very pleased with it, will order again

ordered 5 feb 2021. telephoned multiple times, emailed multiple times, no reply to email. telephone ppl say "its delayed". Complete scam. refusing to refund.

This company is okay. Adjust the tracking code to 14 digits for dpd via their official site & it works fine. Not a scam company.

AVOID!! Dangerous goods, rude customers service, out of pocket!!! I only wish I read these many bad reviews first.... I have not had this misfortune to have every dealt with such a poor supplier, rude customer service that actually hanged up. This is my first and hopefully last negative response I've posted to put this in perspective. Even when I sent pictures via email of our electrician showing the 220v current rectifier cable reading OVER 600volts!? This on both product dangerously fault and absolutely no interest in dealing with this except "asking me to make a 15 second video and send back to Spain" at my cost!? These dangerously faulty plugs, which they want me to send back at £25 carriage to me when the 2 leads are worth less than £8 each? I then purchased more to utilize the LED cable (worth over £100) already installed and their DPD driver said they have entered the wrong mobile number, could not change and only Ledkia could update. Ledkia customer service suggested I get in my car drive 37 miles / 80 mins to collect before they (DPD) send it back to Spain??? They claim address was wrong but DPD said they just couldn't find house number and mobile was wrong (missing a digit). Mobile was correct on order and either way, why am I having to chase up their courier in the first place and being told to drive 37 miles??? They refused to call DPD, DPD refused to update my details to delivery and cannot raise a complaint on their online email (don't want to be hang-up on), as this also DOES NOT WORK. Terrible/no existing customer service experience proven dangerously faulty products and just don't care as they have my money, end of. - Avoid, avoid, avoid !!! I will update this post IF/WHEN they care to finally respond to and deal with BOTH these serious failings but experience and stressed caused can not be taken back.

Bought a rgb led strip light kit off them. Plugged it in ,switched it on and it went bang. Upon inspection i saw that further up the strip from the connector there were 2 wires touching each other inside the strip. This caused it to short circuit. I then tried to send it back which was a nightmare. Multiple emails ,phone calls and videos of the faulty item later. I was told that short circuiting caused by manufacture faults are not covered under the warranty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. AND THEY ARE SPANISH COMPANY SO TRADING STANDARDS CANT DO A THING
