AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. Ordered 15 downlighters thinking they were coming from UK. Turns out they were coming from Italy. Out of the 15 lights ordered only 14 turned up. 8 of the lights had screws missing and some of the others rattled. The electrician refused to fit them. The same day I received the lights I contacted Ledkia via email. They wanted pictures of each individual light and to charge me £15.66 for returning the lights. . This was sent to them. heard nothing. followed up with another few emails asking for a return address. still nothing.

1. Read negative reviews, similar stories, similar outcomes. Wish I had read as I certainly would not have purchased from this company and will NEVER again. 2. Read returns policy, the attitude towards customer service is evident from this alone. 3. Stay away - Save time - Save yourself money Purchased "Flexible neon led strip" from this company and all was fine, at first. After less than 3 months of short use the strips began to turn yellow. Contacted via email and was told to send evidence. Sent evidence and more than 7 days later had no reply. Decided to phone company and I was told the following: "Flexible neon led strip is not meant to go round 90 degree bends and that is the reason they start to go yellow" Firstly, that is total nonsense in my opinion as none of them bend 90 degrees and one of them is completely straight so that's obviously not the reason. Secondly, it does now say on the website with an asterisk underneath the description you can't bend them 90 degrees and I can't prove it was not there before but in any case, the picture of the led strip on the website clearly shows the lights forming a square and bending 90 degrees. If that is misleading I don't know what is. It also now says on the website, with an asterisk of course, the light is for indoor purposes only, despite the data sheet specifying outdoor use and the product being in the outdoor category on the website. The advisor I spoke to was not rude but was not interested in resolving the issue from the customer standpoint and was more concerned with reiterating what the 'cause' of the problem was. I was told the information would be passed to the return department but from the conversation foresaw my issue would not be resolved by them (not holding my breath). Decided I would take the section 75 credit card claim route but unfortunately i made 2 separate orders under £100 each so that will not be possible. Seems I will have to put this down to lesson learnt. Stay Away - Save Time - Save Yourself Money

no return service for online products. The people are finding any excuse to avoid the return of onlie product if tehy have issue. Avoid at all costs

ordered a light in black for a job,... they sent it in white. hones up to sort and they said i had to fill in a form, they couldn't just correct this, and that i had to return the other item first which was a joke. I filled in the form,... and in the accounts section was showing as complete for a week before i emailed asking for an update. They then said it hadnt been processed, and then went on to offer that i keep the white light at a reduced rate. If i wanted white i would have ordered white!! i have a customer screaming at me over this, and Ledkia have been of no help what so ever

Tell people the truth the 24/48 hour delivery is not true,I placed an order on the 4th of July and it said everything was in stock. A week later nothing so I called to ask were my order was the response was logistics and IT problems from their head office in Spain and told I would receive it the following week as it's on its way. Second week nothing so I emailed asking about my order only to be told it's a " bespoke order" and was being made by hand in their workshop in Spain. Sorry but there is nothing "bespoke" about it they sell it by the meter just cut the required length off and the power cable are all the same so I can't see them only making one at a time, which incidentally is very short and you would have to modify it to get the correct ones. This would void any warranty. The rest of the order made up of small accessories so they should have boxes of them. Today is the 21st still nothing so I emailed and told them to cancel the order and refund the money, well they said they have cancelled the order and a refund in the next few days so that probably means in around three weeks. They look good sound good but unfortunately they are rubbish and I asked the question what company set's up a new Wearhouse without putting all the necessary logistics and IT in place before opening. Sorry but I just don't buy all the excuses.

Cant give zero stars !!! This company are absolutely useless *****DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ***** They charged me £20 to deliver 4 lightbulbs without even informing me of the cost and when you cancel the order they can take 15 days to refund you your order !! absolute SCAMMERS

Terrible. Bought a lamp à 61 euro, and returned it immediately. It was cheap looking and ugly, not like the photo. After weeks they only returned 15 euro.... It seemed I had to pay for two expensive shippings, which left me with 16 euro only. This was absolute the first and last time I order at Ledkia. Stunning service.

I am in the process of trying to get an RMA from this company. I ordered 60 (almost £700) of led lamps. Upon arrival 21 out of 60 were damaged. I immediately emailed then to ask about how we proceed? The photos and RMA were sent late due to a family death from Covid and some time away from work. The packaging was non existent. Just a regular cardboard box fully loaded with fragile glass lamps. Every lamp around the perimeter was smashed/damaged. Not a carrier issue, it's whoever dispatched them' in this state and expected them to stay in one piece! They have emailed today stating the RMA has been cancelled and will not allow any returns. I cannot understand how any reputable company can do this? I am awaiting a reply. They have always been professional in the past but I'll wait for a reply and then submit more reviews.

Ze hebben mij verkeerde kleur lampen geleverd en nu willen ze het niet terug nemen ....... ik hoop dat mijn geld jullie geen geluk brengt jullie verdienen mijn geld niet ik zit al 2 e keer met 20 lampen en zoveeeeeel geld betaald....

🤬Purchased from Ledkia UK, didnt know items were coming from Spain. Was told courier failed to deliver (impossible! We're open 6am-8pm 7 days) then LEDKIA refused to entertain the notion of a refund until they had received the items back and checked them. I ordered these now over 2 weeks ago and i'm STILL waiting! Since them I have found a better company to use from Amazon with much better quality tape, and cheaper! GET IT SORTED!

What a rubbish company What a rubbish company. Made a purchase for a set of lights and ended up with nothing. Upon further queries, it was found that they DIDNT PROVIDE my full address to DPD who also couldnt deliver. DPD have had to send the shipment back, according to them, to Germany and then to Spain. I am now waiting for my money to be returned. I lost out on a contract as a result of their incompetence. Avoid at all cost. If only I had read reviews earlier

Spent over £800 on lights, half of which were damaged. They refused to refund or replace because I didn’t let them know within 48hours or delivery. They sent me several emails before this asking for numerous photos which suggested they were trying to position various obstacles in the way of a refund before they eventually reverted to their 48hour clause. Not at all customer friendly and suspect that the lights they sent me were a group of faulty returns they were trying to resell. They ship from Spain so if you aren’t happy, you also have to pay for courier fees to send back which are significant. There are much better online retail alternatives.

STOP! Don’t purchase from this company! I purchased approximately 41 GU10 led bulbs from Ledkia and the quality of these bulbs are/were extremely poor. Most of them went out or started flicker soon after installing them - bearing in mind they weren’t getting used that much. I only got a chance to contact their customer service team quite a while later as I’ve been in and of hospital over a long period of time and I got told that nothing can be done about it as it had gone a few days past the warranty period. I would strongly advise NOT to purchasing from this company.

Everything went wrong. Not one time, not two times but a shocking 3 times. Never experienced such a bad customer service and lack of processes. Super bad operation. Rude customer support and crazy delivery times. AVOID at all costs!

Everyone should be aware at the shocking service and mickey mouse operation they run here...granted is a big firm but lack any customer service at all i dont know how i got trapped into buying from here my own fault but would like to warn everyone else stay clear of these people.... You will be wasting your money and just hear excuses shocking!! to say the least This James apparently manages all of UK yet far from knows any skills of service, a pure dell boy of trading. Word of advise try Teucer for your lighting needs James mentioned him self their LED's are China made so makes sense of failures that occur and them holding their hands to issue as non evident Lazy not willing to understand a plug and play installation can cause failure to products is my own fault? you guys are amazing at covering if you spent some more time on service and better quality products you may have a better chance. The shopping experience is matched with the tone received from staff too lame shabby lazy and dire.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... I'm not one to write complaints but..... this company is AWFUL!!!! Bought LED strips lights for my ceiling, The power pack nearly caused a fire in my house..... emailed returns no reply for weeks..... they when i tired calling them multiple times, the customer service team was rude... When back to my credit card company to get my money back... keep away ....
