“Sent me a 14 piece orange light kit, 8 of them were yellow , called them they wanted me to send a pic of them , field destroy the 8 ,an won’t even send it overnight, my customer wants to ride the weekend an I have to do rework. Finding a new company to buy lights from”
“They are not helpful , do not buy from this company if you have any problems with your lights they will not help you at all they would want pictures and pictures and pictures for nothing I've ordered from different companies like govee and stype and they've been great to me when I had problems with them theyimmediately resent me some new ones as long as I had verified I purchased them which I verified with LED glow they seen my account and still did not care to help me try to tell me I installed them incorrectly incorrectly because the end of the wires did not have attachments which is pretty dumb because that is not a big deal at all if it was they would send it with the kit.... Customer service is horrible and disrespectful,”
