I had two men deliver my new bed. John L and David. Very polite and lovely and chatty. Efficient and friendly. Had the phone call to give a time scale for delivery - much appreciated 11-1pm. They arrived just after 11.15 and gone by 12.00. Brilliant. Will use Lee Longlands again. Thank you.

Excellent delivery service from Frank and Adam Installed our new chair and removed the one to be replaced in an efficient manner and were more than happy to answer any questions. Both guys were very polite and a Credit to Lee Longlands.

Disgusted with this company. We purchased their Annabella sofa, after waiting ages for it, it was clear within a few weeks that there was a manufacturer fault with it as the legs were all different lengths. After 6 months we eventually got a replacement and this within a month started to sag even though the description says "Seats with no sag spring", by four months this sofa was unbearably uncomfortable. Even more so for me with Psoriatic arthritis and Fibromyalgia. We obviously knew from the previous sofa we'd had for 6 months that this wear wasn't usual. So after complaining we eventually got someone out who has said this wear is usual so they are refusing to help. How can a £3k sofa be sagging to the point of being able to feel the wood frame normal and within months. Especially as I said it didn't happen on the one before. Disgusting customer service and I will avoiding them like the plague and advise others to do the same.

40% restocking fee is excessive. Inflexible and judgemental. Happy to sell overpriced and underwhelming furniture, but the charm rapidly disappears when it comes to returning your money. Damage to my house from attempted delivery still not fixed.

Placed an order via the telephone with Emily Allsopp on Friday 3rd of February 2023. On Monday the 6th of February I decided to seek a refund and cancel the order. I called at 9AM no answer as they had not opened their telephone systems from the out of office voicemail. After ten mins they answered at 0910! Refused to issue refund due to manager approval. I kept chasing the entire day via phone and email. Made them aware of the “ The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013” Emily called back at 1651! Apparently the management were in meetings all day. Unbelievable for a furniture retailer in my opinion! Refusing to issue a refund and trying offer me a credit note. I will provide updates going forward. A truly horrible company to deal with you have been warned. Proceed to deal with them at your peril. Don’t get blindsided by their prices.

We had a mattress delivered today to our care home for an elderly resident who requested a specific mattress . The delivery chaps Lee & Will were fanatstic. Cheerful & smiling, extremely happy to help. Would highly recommend this company & especially these two happy chaps

We had a delivery today of a sofa and two chairs. J and B arrived during our slot. The furniture was difficult to get into the house but they were cheerful and helpful at all times. Heroes actually. All packaging removed and taken away. Very polite but friendly. Excellent job.

Pre - delivery phone calls received and delivery took place on day stated. On Monday 30th May 2022 we received a call from delivery team would deliver between 12 noon and 2pm - they arrived just before 12 noon. Richard and Alan were superb - just got on with the job and placed the 3 piece suite in position and were gone before 1pm. Very happy with the care and attention from Richard and Alan for our home and delivery of the suite. Thank You - Trevor Harker

Mark and John K just delivered my new chairs. They came within the 2 hour slot given and I was able to move the delivery date a week later than the date emailed due to work commitments. The chairs were unboxed and the cardboard taken away - they left the plastic on for me - at my request as the living room ceiling is about to be plastered and painted - but I look forward to the unwrapping them. Great and friendly service from store to delivery and Fluffy the snake even came out of his hide to say hi as the guys were fascinated by him. Thanks.

Mark and John K delivered and fitted my sofa when I was told they would be at my property they took all the rubbish and left me with a very comfortable settee It was not there fault but it was not delivered in the time when I ordered it but with the Virus that was around the world I can't really can't complain about the time to have the ordered delivered

Prompt telephone call leading to prompt delivery. Thank you Frank and John for your excellent service. Lee Longlands deserves five stars from start to finish. It was worth the wait for two beautiful chairs. Where else but Lee Longlands could you order furniture and end up talking about dogs!

Tom and Will fitted our ottoman bed last Thursday and did an excellent job. Just waited a month for delivery which was a long time.

Terrible quality sofas for the price I paid. I upgraded to sofa seat cushions to foam and have never sat on such an uncomfortable sofa. Customer service won’t do anything about it. Save your time and your money and shop elsewhere!!
