“One star is way too much! Frustrated with not only the delivery service (still not received my jeans after 1 month!!) but also the poor customer service. Despite several calls, refunds and reorders I have now given up and will never buy anything from Levi again. Its just not worth the hassle and aggravation. Customer service refused to escalate my complaint and I am left feeling frustrated. Shame on you Levi, for such a well known brand I would have expected better.”
