I’ve had a motorcycle accident few weeks ago and the insurance Solve my problem with the claim etc very quickly.I will never change company.I feel secure with them .Also lexam is the cheapest on the market

Absolutely disgusted by how my sons new claim was dealt with. We lost money and had to look elsewhere for his renewal

I’m not happy at all we bought a moped on 22nd feb 2021 and took out insurance with your company payed a deposit off £44 to set up monthly policy due to no fault off are own the bike broke down twice so changed it to another bike the same make everything come to give new details to change policy which had only run 4days you wanted to charge another £58 pounds which I think is very unfair so had to start a new policy again with u and another £44 deposit I think it’s disgusting ripping ppl off in this way so in a few days it’s cost me £88 instead of £44 not happy at all

Very efficient with dealing with a stolen motor scooter,Vanessa Knights from Marble Arch claims dealt with the claim was amazing, friendly and very efficient from having the bike stolen to finalising the claim was only 5 day, VV happy

I needed insurance urgently for my electric moped, as it had been delivered to me on the day i rang. The quote process was very easy and the agent I spoke to was brilliant. I think the cover offered is really good, considering my moped's electric and I had fewer possibilities than if it had been petrol.

I spoke with Brenna and she was great very nice and knowledgeable. She helped me cancel my current and set up another policy while using the refund I was getting off my new one. She made this very easy for me and I would also like to thank Luke as he spoke to me Monday and gave me the cancellation figures and held them on file for me. Thanks guys Mike

Ended up paying well over my renewal quote because I was away and didn’t see the letter in time. Missed it by a week or two and ended up paying nearly what o payed last year. Good work looking after loyal customers. It said renew on the date of renewal or shortly after with no specific amount of days mentioned. Shambolic. Truly living up to the reputation of all insurance companies. 👍🏼

My motorbike was stolen and treated as a writeoff. The claim was handled by Marble Arch Claims very efficiently, and I was especially grateful to Senior Claims Adjuster Mrs Vanessa Knights for managing a slightly complicated claim really well, and keeping me fully informed about what was going on and what I should do to progress the settement. .

One week to resolve my membership with the insurance company, three days to confirm my details and make the payment, I called to ask a person to confirm my details. They said that only the person who answered me could finish my process. Three days I was trying to solve this and losing money without being able to work. I hope it will be different

Despite having been sent a renewal quote in the post, to make payment, you have to go through a 15 minute questionaire with a call centre just so that you can pay. Why not an easier way to make payment? Apart from that no known problems with the cover provided.

I been on the phone for over 40 minutes and still no one seems to no what is going on . Do you actually want the business or do you just like to mess people about leaving them hanging on the line ? Not impressed . Utter shambles .

Outstanding customer service from Olivia! This representative went above and beyond, rectifying a poor experience I had previously had with a different representative. Olivia was extremely professional and worked with me to clearly understand my Insurance requirements and provided me with a quote. I was very happy with the customer experience and would give her 5*s. My review gives 4 because of my poor experience yesterday with Lexham where I did not receive call backs on two occasions and was told I would have fees to pay that ended up not being needed. Thank you Olivia for your help!
