“Cancelled my insurance 6 months into my policy because they wouldn’t insure my new bike, (which I got cheaper elsewhere) then after another 6 weeks I asked where my refund was, they told me they done me a favour not charging me a £50 cancellation fee. Basically stole my money.”

“Terrible customer service, as so many people have already reported. Spent hours on the line trying to get through without success. Their standard feeble response is an insult to the many people who've been complaining about their phone lines, as it's evident that they've got no intention of doing anything about it.”

“Terrible terrible service cancelled insurance because they said the police said I put my name wrong on my provisonal which is a full lie since you can’t do that as u got to use ur passport to get a provisional otherwise illegal immigrants could just come into this country and get a driver licence it’s impossible to lie about your name stupid company that cause distresss also they have a 1hour plus waiting time on hold if u try call them which is stupid”
