Dear Lifestyle Sports (Retail Section) The poor kids in L/S shops are less than clueless. Yet, not there fault. Poorly trained, badly managed with a poor attitude towards customers to match. Unable to comprehend, how these stores can afford enormous rents in a highly competitive market and yet pride themselves in the delusion of providing "excellent customer service". (C'mon guys ... wake up !!!) The customer in this case was driven directly to the Brand Manufacturer's website. Thus removing the frustration and cost of spending time in a mall. Module 1 (appears in the Life Style "alternative" training manual) "get rid of the customer as quickly as possible, then I can get back to texting my mates". (Team member to Customer) Naa, the style in that Brand doesn't come in half sizes. (stated with attitude to match) Oh yeah !!!, I think to myself, failing to impart my wisdom to the contrary, to said LifeStyle Team Member. So deftly, I am sent on my way. I then log on to official website and order online. My 43.5 arrived 3 days later. The service provided was nothing more than an exercise in excellence and perfection. My new half sized shoes visited three countries enroute. Amazing !!! This all results in a normal blood pressure reading. In time, these shops will go out of business resulting in jobs losses. Great plan guys. Keep up the good work !!!

I did not receive the pants I ordered, I was sent the wrong pair and the customer support have ignored my issue and denied they done anything wrong I can see from the site reviews they also sent others the wrong products, I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, Customer service were completely un helpful and disregarded their mistakes, I have still not received the calls I've been promised from support managers but one email disregarding my issue as a site mistake and stating that I was in the wrong, have a look at the images of the product I was sent and the product I ordered they are completely different, since my complaints the product I ordered has been removed from their site, maybe to hid their mistakes.

Shocking Customer service. On my third email to attempt to resolve what is clearly a shipping error on your part and the only response so far was an automated email over 2 weeks ago saying we will be back to you soon.

I never had so bad customer service anywhere else.The Management is treating customers in such a poor manner. I never will shop in Lifestyle again.
