“My light bulbs are not as bright as they should be. I ordered 74 watt and I got unmarked bulbs that are 45 watt at best. I called 7 times and they never answered. I emailed and they never replied. I filed a charge-back twice and got denied. My situation is just like everyone else here. They are not good to do business with.”
“I needed to replace my LED general use lightbulbs. When I searched lightbulbs.com's website under General Use lightbulbs, it listed several types of bulbs. There was a description at the bottom about what they offered with the various styles of general use lightbulbs. Nowhere did it mention on this webpage that any of the bulbs listed were appliance lightbulbs. Neither the description for the item on the website nor my order confirmation mentioned appliance lightbulbs. When I received my order of tiny appliance lightbulbs, I saw the first indication that this was an appliance lightbulb on the packing slip.
When I called customer service to request a refund and payment for the shipping, after a long conversation involving the customer rep speaking with their supervisor twice, I was told that the lightbulbs functioned and are what I ordered and they would not pay for the return shipping. So, they didn't provide clarity on their website about their product and don't care that I now have 14 refrigerator lightbulbs. I find their solution to this situation to be unsatisfactory and without customer consideration. I now know I can't trust them as a vendor. Buyer beware.”
