DO NOT BOTHER WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER. Signed up , ordered 2 shirts, no confirmation of the order, no reply from customer services , cannot get back into my account, money has been taken ...... NEVER buy thru them again ...don’t even know if I’ll get the goods, can’t talk with anyone.

I wish humans knew to read the reviews before purchasing items. The only reason this company is still able to scam people is because people are buying their products without reading reviews 😢 Thank you all for taking the time to post your reviews You saved me money, and I’m so very grateful for all of you and I’m so sorry you were basically robbed 💚

If I could I would put zero, but to be fair I did receive the dress that doesn't fit, doesn't look anything like the sophisticated pattern and colouring of the photo and is tacky. There wasn't a confirmation email, no slip inside for returns and nothing on the bag either. You cannot get in contact with the company without logging in and I would imagine that would require an id number/customer number. THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT BUY A THING IT WASN'T A CHEAP DRESS EITHER. TRULY BAD

This company is a complete Chinese scam. The product is so terrible, it's actually garbage. I guess the only benefit was it bringing me to this site to read all the fake 5 star reviews. If you want a laugh, I suggest you head over there. Other than that, avoid this organization at all costs.

My sunflowers I ordered were very poor quality. They were all squashed and leaves fallen off . The box they were in was crushed and broken. They looked nothing like the picture on your website . Very disappointed and will never purchase anything again from this company. Wendy Raftery

the clothes are cheap & way too small i ordered leggings size 16 my 17 yr old granddaughter who is a size 8 cant wear them either now i want to return the items & you are doing everything you can to stop me returning them i just want my money back

This company is a total rip off!!!! Don’t fall for their models, their prices or their products. Awful awful awful!!!!! I have never been so disappointed. The dresses I got were thin, made of ridiculous material…nothing like what they described them as…just an awful company. I feel like I got punked, disabelief, I can’t believe I fell for this junk. Never again! Don’t even download this stupid app, it’s a waste of time, waste of your money, waste of your sanity. Ridiculous…what a waste. They need to be reported and fined for all the junk they sell. Very disappointed. I can’t believe I fell for it, lesson learned!

Dress is a different colour than on their photoes. It doesnt fit, to small even though I ordered a larger size. Its impossible to get a ticket to return and reading below you cant get a full refund and expected to send back to China at you own expence. I won't be using this company again and try and block them. Very disappointing.

I read the reviews on here when I was initiating a return to Light in the Box and they are all true... they absolutely do make things extreeemely difficult! I needed to return 2 of the 3 dresses I purchased. So, I went in all guns blazing, threatened to complain to the Industry of Commerce in China and that I would only accept a full refund including cost of return postage. They enhanced the deal to a 50% refund or 60% reward (credit) which was initially 30% and 50%. I firmly declined. I stood my ground and they have now given me a 70% refund on the full order (3 dresses which totalled £120) and I keep the dresses (2 of which I will try to sell on Ebay, the other one i will use). I provided photos of the poor quality and stains and inundated them with emails and tickets with CAPS ON AND LOTS OF !!!!!!!! lol. My advice, if you want to return, is to blame the quality rather than sizing etc. Make it their responsibility. Provide pics of the poor stitching, stains, anything! I't won't be hard because the quality is very poor. Keep telling them it is their fault and give the impression that you know your rights and you will get your money back. Good luck!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND MOST OF THE JEWERLY AND SANDALS WAS VERY POOR QUALITY AND THE CLOTHING TO SMALL. I DID EVERYTHING THEY ASKED TO RETURN SOME OF THE ITEMS...WHICH INCLUDED...CONTACTING THEM TO START A TICKET, TAKING PICTURES OF EVERYTHING OUTSIDE OF THEIR PACKAGES AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE PICTURES OF BOTH SIDES OF EVERY ITEM....ALL IN ALL I PROBABLY SPENT ABOUT AN HOUR IN TOTAL TRYING TO RETURN THESE ITEMS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY SAID....Dear customer, Appreciate your efforts in providing the pictures, however we apologize that we are unable to determine the quality issue from the pictures provided. Nonetheless, if you believe that there is a quality issue and have more pictures or a video that can reflect the issue related, we are still able to further assist in providing them to the supplier and negotiate possible solutions. Seek for your patience and understanding.....NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THRU ALL OF THIS FOR A REFUND!!!!! ORDER# 2204262154554121

I ordered 3 tops.. 2 are nothing like the picture.. I've tried and tried to sort out this stupid ticket they are asking for but their site won't accept my email password?.. I then looked at this site and after reading reviews I realise I might as well accept I've been ripped off , not bother trying to send these items back for a refund but never shop with them again. I just don't understand why they are being allowed to keep on with their poor products, poor quality, poor returns, and poor sizings..

Please, please someone stop this company from reducing people to tears and losing their money. I wrongly thought it could not go so horribly wrong. Quality is dreadful, sizing absurd, pictures completely different - it is wrong on so many levels !!! ……Stop this company from stealing from the vulnerable … the returns policy does not exist and I will be contacting the Daily Mail to stop them advertising their products - lost all my confidence 😡

Bought two gowns my size. Size 8. When I got them (took forever) they we’re awful cut. Way to small. Took them to seamstress that said they were not 8. One was a 4 and one was a 6. Loose threads. Shotty work. So disappointed and dissatisfied! I contacted them the day I received them fir a refund. They first offered to refund 15%, give me a 30% discount on next order. I told them I didn’t want. They said it was a made to size order. That’s BS. I ordered standard size. That’s there way of not refunding money. Don’t buy from here. Worst.

Very bad company just a rip off, and they know it would cost more then its worn to send their goods back to China. They state Light in the box UK, so why can't the goods be return to the same UK return address on parcel. It’s Deliberate, that’s why. I will be reporting them to trading standards and also my credit cards company. I Suggest everyone does the same, It’s the only way these companies will get taken down.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Garment nothing like in the picture material wise. Looks like cotton when it came more like cheesecloth really poor material. Didn't fit, sizings really weird I ordered XL I'm a size 14 didn't fit. I wouldn't buy anything again from this company

Returns and refunds non existant. Once you buy that's it!. Waste of £163 rubbish quality, did not fit although they state true to size. PLEASE DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

Dress and top I ordered nothing like the pictures Dress in picture obviously made of different material the one I received was absolute rubbish not even the same cut Just printed cheapest fabric Complete waist of money Size bought was extra large hoping it would fit a 16 but it was tiny Do not use this company u have to pay to return to China BEWARE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

Took weeks to come. Was not worth the wait. Really awful cheap feeling and horrible quality dress. Nothing like the picture. Material is dreadful. Don’t waste your money. This garment will become polishing cloths. It’s all it’s good for.
