2 of the 4 solar lights I received have faults. I'll probably send them back if I can't see what the problem is easily.

Product: poor, After sale: poor I purchased four sets of Type U lights, for a project in my garden. I chose them because the website said: "As they are IP44 rated and weatherproofed, these LED fairy lights are safe to use outside even in the depths of a British winter, or alternatively you can use them in your home." I placed them in a location that was protected from the conditions found in the depths of a British winter, but the wiring in the lights rusted quickly and a bulk of the lights failed and went out. I informed the company of this and was told "we do agree, the Type U fairy lights are designed for indoor and occasional outdoor use. We are looking to source a new supplier of these lights to improve the durability outdoors." I didn't receive a refund, discount, nor any good will. I notice that the website still asserts that these lights are for outdoor use, primarily. I needed something to replace the failed lights in my garden and had restricted myself to the size of the Type U. Hence I bought four more sets. I put time and effort into sealing these, using nail varnish. They work well now, so all is not lost.

the one light didn't work and once they were in place it would have been difficult to change batteries

purchased 2 x boxes of 3 candles. 2 did not work. replaced batteries & still don't work :-(

Very disappointed with my 2nd purchase of 100 led solar multicoloured fairy lights. The company has changed the specification and reduced the solar pack down from 2 batteries to one. The web site said it lasted up to 10 hours and I spoke with lights for fun and was advised the maximum you would get was 5 hrs and their information had not been amended . So I have an original set which lasts all night and the other 2 go out before midnight . Frustrated that I thought I was buying the same product as price etc was the same but have a much inferior set of lights (:-

Lights won't go off, if you switch them off they turn back on!! Frustrating! Ordered 4 of them but the 2 I have tried so far both do this.

The delivery and ordering were fine but sorry to say that the battery case on all 3 sets of lights were "warped" so the one of the batteries doesn't touch the +ve contact. Easily fixed with a piece of tin foil but annoying on the quality front. Hopefully something they will rectify with their suppliers.

I ordered white LED fairy lights which was in the description and picture, once they arrived they were actually blue! Then having to return them cost over £8! And now will have to wait for the transaction to be refunded to my account which will take a while. Not very happy with this purchase and false advertising!

Unfortunately, the 'on/off' switches of two of the four items ordered don't work properly. I know the items were of low value so expected to be very basic but they do need to work!

Lights delivered were supposed to be silver but everyone was tarnished and looked dreadful.my payment was sent back to me but didn't make up for the dissointment with this item and will not be buying from this company again for fear ofsamething happening again

Delivery took quite a few days which was disappointing. Although the battery tea lights were pretty they were not as bright as I hoped so i wasn't as pleased with them as I thought I would be.

Very slow. Tracking delivery pointless (receive Royal Mail email at 4:00am on day of delivery)! Payment appeared to have been taken at point of order, rather than at point of despatch (but maybe just email from company with this message). Accept closures over Christmas/New Year but if there are--let customers know!

Hello Keith, thanks for your feedback. I can see that you placed your order after 4pm on New Years Eve and chose the 2nd class post delivery service. Our offices were closed over the Bank Holiday weekend and your order was despatched on 4 January and delivered on 7 January. Payment is taken at the time your order is placed online. I received my lights ..they were delicate as expected but I guess I expected each strand would be longer. I went into a friends shop who had some copper wired versions on e bay 3 times as long for the same price I felt a bit done...

The bridge lights that you sent was badly damaged & light switch did not work, much to my dissappointment. Issue : the box in which the item was in had been crushed, , I guess during delivery, ie the order item that I received was not packaged/wrapped correctly.

I sent for two sets of lights, one set worked perfectly, the other worked for only a few minutes then stopped! NOT HAPPY! I was contacted soon after writing this negative review, the very nice lady who rang me apologised profusely and kindly offered me a full refund. Now that's what I call service!.

At first I loved your lights but whatever the problem was the lights only lasted a short time I also bought the batteries from you so it was all new don't know if the batteries were of poor quality or what did love the style of lights but as I said did not last any length of time and the ones which did last became very dim overall was very disappointed as I bought the lights very close to Christmas Day and they did not last

Bridge candles sent were not as described. Candle were described as having on/off timer - item had normal manual on/off. Spoke with customer service who assured me total refund would be made including return postage for incorrect item. Refund has been made - but no return postage paid. Very poor service!

Having purchased some external lights a couple of years back I returned to the business to get some more. I ordered a number of items including 4 lots of 10m strings of warm white lights, along with a extension cable and other items. The order came in good time but one string of lights did not work (unfortunate as it was the first in the chain up a large tree) - should have tested first! After isolating it the others were fine. The extension lead never arrived. Not had time to query yet with lights 4 fun.
