The lights worked for only 2 days, and then they stopped working. Very disappointed.

Pretty disappointed that firstly I didn't get an option to change the address from my home to my friends address as it was through pay pal and I explained they said it had been shipped... I have now received the lights they worked brilliantly first 2 nights now they are just really weak I leave them outside to attract the sunlight but of a night they are really poor I have now lost patience in them and have left them on the side I have also lost my receipt to send them back

Open arrival of my parcel, one of the LED light did not work and almost all the LED lights were scratched.

I have had no luck with the lights.I charged them up as instructed on the packaging and they worked the first night. they then did not work . I am unhappy with my purchase.

Not particularly impressed with the lights I bought. I know they weren't super expensive but out of the ten strings of lights I bought a week ago, four are already not working. When I've taken ages putting them up, it's a huge pain to now go and take them all down again and replace them. Wouldn't really recommend them, to be honest.

The lights I received were not the ones I wanted. I wanted the larger squares with 4 bulbs. These are poor quality and one of them does not work at all. please address this. Zsuzsi Lea

When I ordered and paid for the item it was showing 6 available. I then had an email saying it was unavailable and was given a refund. I then received an e mail saying it had been despatched and was given a tracking number. Needless to say it never arrived. Poor customer service.

Ordered these lights as they were shown on your site as IN STOCK. You then sent an email stating the order had BEEN DESPATCHED. You then sent an email the following day saying you were OUT OF STOCK and unable to fullfil my order. Confused yes so was I, hence no further orders placed.

I tried to order lights from this company for an important event. Due to a short time frame I paid for next day delivery. They sent me a completely different product that was not even lights resulting in me paying for electricians and losing business as my event was not lit up in the dark. They have offered no compensation for my money list due to there terrible organisation. I didn't receive my lights for a further 3 days in which they arrived broken. I would not normally take time out my day to write a review here but this company is particularly terrible. DO NOT USE THEM!

Not happy at all most of the lights don't work and some arrived broken waste of money want a refund and don't think It is worth it at all I would have bought more of you as in the events trade but I don't think so please arrange for my refund
