“Just opened the box today. I love the window candles that I bought. However, 3 out of the 8 candles do not work. It may just be the batteries. However, I don't have time right now to go out and buy fresh batteries in order to find out if that is the problem. Once I get some new batteries, I'll test the candles and let you know if they work or need to be returned. Thanks!”

“Although the wax finish on the candles was beautiful, I had to return some of them because the color wasn't what I expected based on the description. Customer service rep was helpful and efficient, explained how to interpret the kelvin number, and gracefully accepted my suggestion to post a chart along with the k-ratings. Will be ordering another product.”

“We loved the lights, they were just perfect for our prom, but they came with a burned out light on all four strands. I need to know how to order replacements and if the four that never worked with be replaced. Would have been a 5 star if it hadn't been for that!”

“The six hour timer didn't work which was disappointing because now I have to physically turn it on and off. Other than that, I do like it. Also wish you had replacement bulbs available should the need arise.”

“Love the lights ordered 11 strings of the cool white and 11 strings of the multi colored easy to install look great love how quick they flash and the variety of different sequences. only issue was I had 1 string of each that did not light completely looked like they were not getting enough voltage changed the power source and no change,”

“The customer service was good when I called to inform them that 2 out of three oAngelsI I ordered would not Light up and they promptly offered replacements. I surely hope that the replacements work properly as they are gifts I ordered to give stay specific time during a Spiritual retreat that ends in a week! The actual Angel product is really Beautiful!”

My only confusion was that it shipped through Amazon even though I ordered through lights.com and the shipping notifications seemed a little behind (it arrived the day I got notification it shipped); but that was more a pleasant surprise.”

“I love the string lights that I ordered. The only thing that I was disappointed about was that I did not see a response to a question that I asked. I mentioned that when I received the lights and read the tag attached to string, I saw that the tag said for indoor use only. The order site stated that the lights were suitable for indoor and outdoor use. I originally intended to light up a dark path in my garden with several strings. I decided to buy two large lanterns and filled them each with two strings of lights. This looks very nice and lights up the dark area. I was planning to use the other string on my patio. So will they last hung on the outdoor patio? Thanks!”
