“I recently visited the Pudsey office in search of an investment property to add to my portfolio, and I had the pleasure of meeting Alex. Not only did he remember me from my previous visit, which was over a year ago, but he was also incredibly helpful. His ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner quickly made him my favorite estate agent to deal with. Additionally, when confirming a booking, I had the pleasure of speaking with Olivia, who had a very chipper and positive demeanor, making it a pleasant call. “I have dealt with Karen throughout my time renting with Linley & Simpson and she has been a massive help with everything throughout our tenancy. She was always helpful on the phone and her customer service was fantastic. I can't speak highly enough of how Karen and the whole team at Linley and Simpson dealt with any issues we had throughout our tenancy and helped us with questions we had when it came to leaving. I would recommend Linley & Simpson to anyone thinking of renting in leeds.”

“I absolutely recommend Linley & Simpson Leeds City Centre to friends and family. Andy was extremely kind, efficient and prompt in responding to emails and answering any questions I had. With his help I was able to purchase my desired property. The communication and support from making an offer to completion was straightforward and effortless. I have found their service right up to completion has been excellent.”

“The experience at Linley & Simpson Leeds was great because they were so efficient, polite and friendly. They were really easy to get hold of and answered all my questions pretty much instantly. I had not rented a flat before so wasn't sure what to expect but honestly couldn't recommend them more, they made everything so easy and everyone I dealt with gave me excellent customer service.”

“I'd suggest Linley & Simpson Leeds to a friend because they look after you even once your in the property. They help with the admin of contacting council and even offer good deals on utilities and other expenses due to their partnership with numerous suppliers.”

“Linley and Simpson have provided me with the most professional letting experience I've ever had. From letting my property to inspections and viewings, I cannot really ask for much more. Lauren has a great team and she always directed my queries perfectly. Our latest dealings were with Ed, who is currently aiding us with an 'early-termination' due to us relocating. Ed has been extremely thorough and professional, even putting up with our anxieties caused by the need for a quick turnover and our relocation. Thank you Ed for been on hand for any queries and answering all concerns with a positive and proactive approach.
