“I The property manager who looked after my property Fiona from the Wakefield Office couldn’t have been more helpful. I was always made aware of tenants needs or requests promptly and they were dealt withPromptly and efficiently, the telephone and emails were always answered promptly and communication was excellent. I really had no problems either with my tenants or the company due to the very personal care of Fiona and the Wakefield staff.”

“Wendy at Linleys Wakefield organised my viewings, kept me updated and handled the application process in a very professional manner. Fiona at the branch also gave me advice and helped me to market the property in the best way. As a landlord I am always happy to use Linleys.”

“Good customer service, kept updated throughout application process with someone always available to answer any questions we had. Fairly priced and clean property when moving in. We reported a couple of minor repairs over our first weekend and these were dealt with quickly and effectively by polite staff and contractors”

“I can gladly write this review. I met Tyla at my Flat 17 Topliss Way, New Forest Village, LEEDS, LS10 4F, Tyla was very warm, friendly and had a welcoming personality about her . She communicated with me in a professional manner, and went through everything step by step in a NON intimidating way. She is the kind of person you do not hesitate to communicate with. I hope she goes far in her profession at Linley and Simpson. All the best to you Tyla.”

“Katie Hepworth acted for me during the early stages of a purchase and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I met her in person twice during the viewing stages and she was both enthusiastic, friendly and also super efficient at consistently keeping me updated on progress and co-ordinating solicitor and mortgage advisor. Great service and she is a credit to your company 🙂”

“Following the successful completion of the sale of our apartment, I felt I had to say a huge thank you to you and your colleagues, not just in relation to this sale, but also for all the help and advice you have given us over the many years your firm has been managing the property for us. I had better not list all of those colleagues of yours with whom we have dealt over the years for fear of missing someone important out, but I hope you will be able to convey our thanks and appreciation to all of them. The service we have received from your firm has been consistently excellent, whether it has been keeping us up to date with new legislation, or reminding us of key dates, or handling the financial side of things so efficiently, or just generally sorting out for us all the attendant problems of owning a rental property. All done with a minimum of fuss and a surfeit of courtesy from everyone involved. I am not sure we will be dipping our toes back in the rental property market soon (!), but I would unhesitatingly recommend Linley & Simpson to anyone else thinking of doing so. Thank you all again.”

““ Linley & Simpson Wakefield were really helpful and I'd recommend them because I found them very helpful and efficient. I was buying a buy to let property whilst living in France. I needed assistance in finding tradesman to bring the property up to standard. My contact Fiona from the Wakefield Office assisted me through this and also advised of regulations which had to be met when letting a property. This was all done before I had signed a contract with the company. On past service I trust I will have a good relationship with Linley & Simpson managing my property. ””
