Don't order from them at all! Today is March 26, 2021. I placed an order from them October 2020 and still haven't received my product. I have attempted to contact them several times with no response. It feels like a rip off. I even went as far as to tell them that according to the tracking information the merchandise never left the original state it was coming from. I asked if they could check on it and get back with me and got no response. I am still sitting here waiting for a response or my product or my damn money back!!! In fact, I no longer want the product because my baby has been born and is now too big for what I ordered. I was still pregnant when I ordered it too! Huge disappointment! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!

I odered some shoes 4 months ago and i still have'nt gotten it i do not recommend you to buy from them they take long to ship the shoes and to recive them,i feel like i got scamed

If I could leave them 0 stars, since September I bought 5 pairs and it is the date that 2 of those do not arrive, first very attentive by email and then they did not answer anything. I am still waiting for an answer.

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes October 11, estimated delivery was end of November-beginning of December. Before Christmas I reached out to ask where my package was and was told that it must have been lost in the mail and they would send me a replacement. I waited until 3 days after the promised delivery date and after still not receiving the package I looked up the company online. After seeing all the 1 star reviews saying other people never received their product, I immediately called and asked for a full refund. Thankfully their customer service is very nice and we did get the refund within the week. Ironically, the shoes ended up coming a few days after we were refunded- 3 months after I put in the original order. DO NOT waste your time with this company.

DONT BUY! I ordered boy shoes, waited 3 months...got girl shoes. Asked them to send me what I ordered...took another 2 months and they said their supplier in China is having issues (not my problem...) So I asked for a refund, and they said they will only refund me HALF of the shipping cost- WTF! And then I get an e mail saying they have shipped the shoes...AGAIN. Yeah right. This company is super sketchy!

I wish I can write this review without selecting any star. I am waiting for an order to arrive since September 17 2020 and the current estimated data is February 1, 2021. The most frustrating part is their customer center. It does not matter what you asked them, they will let you know what is your address and provide an estimated date. If you ask for a tracking number, they will give you one but will also tell you that the tracking number will not work. Of course, they tell you the truth. So, good luck if you ordering them.

This company honestly needs to not exist anymore. It is a scam where they do not send you a tracking number by email and months go by with out the product being delivered. It is very sketchy. I made an order in October and still have not received it and its been 3 months. I have spoke to customer service they will send you a tracking number with out a problem where is happens to say its close. I keep following the tracking number the next few days and all of a sudden its unavailable. This will not refund knowing that this is for a damn baby that grows rapidly. I'm pretty sure they get complaints all the time and can let people know how long this take if I ever get the product. So its about to be January and I have not received anything.

The cheapest shipping is 19 dollars. Ridiculous. And about half of the colors in every shoe is sold out. Why would i spend 70 dollars on 2 pairs of baby shoes, plus shipping, if i have to settle for a color i dont even like?

I ordered three pairs of shoes for my daughter. It took well over three months for me to receive them. By the time I got them, they were too small for my baby. I decided to contact customer service and tell them if I would've known an estimated delivery date before I submitted my order, then I would've either not ordered, or ordered a size larger. They basically said too bad, and all sales final. I feel I got tricked and scammed by them not making me aware of how long reviving them took before I paid. They do not care about the customer.

They don't let you cancel they dont give refund they hold all your items you want until they are all their in 1 package to save fees they take 3+ months to get your items delivered half of time shoes are incorrect and false advertised what a WAIST & RIP OFF

I ordered two pairs of shoes because I'd gotten some coupons with other baby freebies. It took over 2 months for them to arrive. The shipping was not cheap, and I highly doubt these came from the US. I'd bet money the reason it took so long is they were waiting for bulk order to ship from China. But when they did finally arrive, one pair was the right size but the wrong color. The other pair was the right color but the wrong size! Is it really that hard to pair my order with the correct product? Or did they just give me whatever they had left? Would NOT order from them again.

I got those free coupons when I left the hospital (does anyone shop there otherwise?). I decided I liked the look of a couple pairs and ordered, with the out of pocket being around $20 CAD. They got "shipped" right away but the tracking number wasn't uploaded. After a few days I asked customer service about it. They claimed that "the number only activated when it crossed the border" and that they were coming from the US. The estimated arrival date was Oct 20 - Dec 5. They arrived Dec 7, the day I planned to call my credit card company. The tracking number was never uploaded and the shipping label says they came from Missassauga, Ontario (which is just a couple of hours from me). The shoes themselves are okay. They look exactly like the photos but the moccasins have a rough texture and the loafers have a plastic feel. They are large enough that they'll fit my child soon but not quite yet. Overall, they probably are worth $10 each including shipping, but not $40 each which they make you believe you're getting.

First off I will say I should’ve done my part and looked at the return policy before ordering from a foreign company. The only reason I was comfortable ordering is because I ordered from one of the sister companies and had no issue. However, this company is a complete fraud. They don’t disclose that the shipping time is 2+ months, now anyone with a little one knows that it is highly possible that your child’s foot is in a whole other size within that time frame. And if one of your orders is shipping from the states they will HOLD that until the other one is ready. Red flag 1...then they have no representatives to speak to via phone which is red flag 2...and of course you cannot cancel the order or get a refund. So I proceed to wait for the order only to not even have an update 2 months later. Then when you check the “tracking” all they do is refresh the date to make it seem like you are supposed to receive it that day. So when you reach out for an update all they say is “our records indicate that you SHOULD have received your order.” Smart idea but joke’s on them because I screen shotted the delivery update every time they tried to do this and sent it to my bank to dispute. So I am kind of glad I had to correspond with them via email because I had proof of them giving me the run around. After I called them on their BS and advised them that I am aware of what they were doing and that they wouldn’t get away with it (at least not with me) they stopped corresponding with me (LOL). My bank gave me my money back immediately with no questions asked. Although the amount wasn’t much the principle of it is why I went so hard for them. Imagine how rich they are getting off of us just paying “shipping” and not really sending people anything. Never again will I purchase anything from those “coupons”.

Took forever to receive. Received wrong color shoe. Cheap material. Would not buy again. They get you buy promoting a “good deal”, then make you pay shipping on cheap prodcuts.

They are thieves. They take your money but do not get you the product. When asked where my product was this is what they sent. "Little Wanderers ship internationally with a few exceptions. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs, and have an idea of what the additional cost will be. Also, the tracking shows Utah because the order is processed in Pleasant Grove, UT. It's just saying we are the one who requested the order."

I buy with a gigot card but paid for the delivery. They ask me to paid a second time for the delivery because they dont find my addres. When I give them my addres they send me the addres that they have and it was my email! They dont want to refund me the 22.81$ that I paid. The only way to result that problem is if I loos my money or I paid for a second delivery.

Do NOT buy from this company! I received a coupon from my Dr. For my baby, and I ordered my shoes TWO months ago, and still have not received them. I was told the order was lost and they would reship them to me. And is this going to to take ANOTHER two months?! I asked for my money back and have not received a response. Such a horrible shady company!

Actually a 1 is too high. Dont waste your money for shipping. Call your hospital and complain about adding these coupons. Do the next person a favor and hammer them on social media. Help put crooks out of business!
