“My order never arrived, I would really appreciate a refund if you are not sending the goods. You have not replied to any of my emails and your helpline is always too busy to take calls. It is horrible to be so unhelpful when people are suffering and ill.”

“dreadful service - ordered a number of items 5 weeks for my mum who was about to start chemo and they still haven’t arrived - I was told initially there was a problem with the warehouse but I keep having to ring or email to try to get an update and no one gets back to me ! Eventually I spoke to someone who credited 10 euro back to my account and told me my order would be with me soon but it’s still not here - It was apparently shipped and tracked 9 days ago with a 1-2 day delivery time. I don’t care about money back I just want my order or a refund at this stage. I’ve emailed and called to get a tracking number or update but again no one gets back to me !!! It’s an absolute disgrace - my poor mum is unwell going through chemo and I can’t give her the items I bought for her. Use this website at your peril - the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s stressful enough for people dealing with cancer without having to deal with companies that take your money but don’t deliver your goods. Avoid at all costs
I called the customer service line this morning - despite lines being open from 8am only ordering team there - tried to explain my situation and asked to speak to a manager - manager too busy to take a call - I said I’d hold but told that wasn’t allowed I’d have to wait for call back - won’t give me the name of the customer service manager - won’t deal with my issue.”

“AVOID at all costs! I also have been given the cold shoulder by this company. Have been calling for a week now, only to be told ‘customer services’ (for which they cannot put me through nor give me a number) will call me back. They have not.
Placed an order several weeks ago at the start of my cancer journey. Order not arrived. They have taken my money and not bothered to even call me back. The non-existent ‘customer services’ is flawed.
Totally DISGUSTED.”

I have phoned them and emailed them a number of times and have been passed around from person to person. stay away from this company at all costs, taking peoples money is a disgrace when it is obvious the products are not going to be delivered and from what I can see from this sites reviews, seems to be what they do. I only gave one star as I couldn't leave a review if i didn't and will be taking further advice on what to do next to get my money back.”

“Ordered an item and received an email to say it was been processed. After a week and having had no contact from them I emailed to enquire when it would be posted only to be informed they have now sold out and will refund the money. Live better with Cancer avoid at all costs.”

“Like many other reviewers our experience is one of frustration and annoyance at a time when we need support as my wife goes through chemo. We returned two hats which were the wrong size, but two weeks later we haven't had a refund. I checked with royal mail tracking (thank goodness we kept the return receipt) which showed that the package had been delivered. The company claimed they had no record of receiving the package. I pointed out that royal mail tracking showed it had been delivered. The arrogant person on the phone said they need a copy of the receipt; implying I was lying. We've also complained about a hat on an earlier order, which had stretched and lost its shape. We've heard nothing more about this.
Stay away from this company. They're a sham outfit. I recommend 'annabandana'. Their customer service is fantastic.”
