“Parking itself was fine but finding it wasn’t easy in the middle of the night. The sign is the wrong colour to easily find the way and we were charged £15 in the express car park and long stay car park as a result of this. Improved signage would be helpful.”

But with a quick buzz on the intercom..they gave me an ticket all was sorted and got in. Parked under the bridge right near the fence, 2min walk to departure.
Got out with the barrier recognising the reg, no problem.. use this service all the time about 4-5 a year and it's great”
