“Paid to park but wasn’t any spaces available as a section of the car park was cornered of so had to park in a mini bus drop of point where others had also parked and ended up with a £60 ticket. I appealed the ticket and was told no I have to pay so I had to pay twice FUMING”
“I pre-paid and approaching the car park, I wasn't sure from the signage whether I should be going to a specific area but it all turned out ok when the barrier lifted automatically. After that, no complaints at all.”
“We booked a space at the long term car park 30/3/24 for a week and found it very reasonable pricing.
The only criticism I could have is maybe the exit signs could be a little more on display as we found it confusing to find.
Apart from that it was a good experience.”
“Great service. Accidently went to the wrong car park, ended up in the multi storey instead of Meet and Greet. Was early morning and we did not have time to find other car park so had to leave car there. On return got a heck of a bill had to pay there and then , but we got in touch next morning and explained the situation and were re imbursed our parking fee straight away . Maybe better signage for Meet and greet and maybe we should have been more attentive. But still great service,.”
