“We were in a hurry to catch our flight and struggled to find your parking lot.
It needs to have clearer signs.
Also needs better EXIT signs for leaving the car park in the dark.
We have previously parked at in the SMART car park at Liverpool Airport and will do again in the future.”
“Absolutely no problem .Easy to find ,easy to use ,plenty of parking spaces close to airport entrance and on levek tarmaced ground .I had to change car registtation 3 times which I did with ease and without problem on line”
“The car park was good apart from our arrival when the barrier would not open. Upon contacting staff via the buzzer our car registration number was not recognised either, but we gave our code number and was let in after that. The barrier worked for us automatically on the way out though.”
“Pre booking made the whole trip so much easier, the barrier opened as soon as my registration was recognised on entry, and when we arrived back we didn’t have to mess about with payment and could just drive out. Website for booking was easy to navigate and it was reasonable value for money when compared to costs of Uber or taxi.”
“Parking was fine. Only issue was sat nav sent me towards short stay car park entrance and unable to turn round. Buzzed attendant to see if I could avoid the ÂŁ8 fee to lift barrier. Very rude, off hand man - my only issue”
“Website easy to use, parking easy to access. However, fasttrack was not a dedicated line per se and thus we had to join those waiting at the xray end. Since this is a paid service then it should be a separte machine as at other airports.
Overall the parking was very expensive.”

I also paid for fast track. It showed on my confirmation email but I was ever sent a QR code or fast track ticket.”
“Used the Long stay car park just behind hotel. Although it’s very near the terminal be aware that due to fencing off of building works next to hotel you have to walk a further distance to/from car than usual.”
