“Love this brand but ordered a size 10 and they sent me a 4? Not sure how that happened but frustrating to have to ship back.”

Hi Nicole, Oh no, I'm so sorry the wrong size got ordered! We have been experiencing a glitch where Safari is occasionally defaulting to the smallest size available. “I made my purchase because of a pop up sale on FB for an adorable shoe that was half price. They were shipped in an extremely timely matter, of which, I was very pleased. I would love to see you do more of these sales. This purchase was as part of a birthday gift for one of my grand daughters, but I would like to be able to afford your shoes for all 3 of them in the future. Our family loves your shoes and the store in our town where we would purchased them, closed. I would most definitely order again, but I only buy sale items.”

“These shoes are of the highest quality and are sturdy and made well. My grandchildren both have wide feet and these shoes are wide enough so their toes are not pinched and most cover the area over the bunion part of the foot.”
