“Excellent local service and good value. Arranged an appointment easily and quickly with a friendly team. Andrew the plumber arrived on time. He worked hard to diagnose and address leaking pipework, fitting a new mixer tap. Problem sorted. He was a pleasure to have in the house. Thoroughly recommended.”

“We had a Worcester Combi boiler installed by LHPS which was very professional. Manager Shaun Ottman sent the staff to complete the job as promised and they completed the job to a very high standard providing certificates and guarantee for the work carried out. They did the work very thoroughly and cleanly, we are happy with the work and rate them five stars and will be happy to recommend them to anyone who is looking to do this work in their home.”

“Very patient diagnosis of our central heating problem and fixed it satisfactorily. Included out of hours call. No pressure to spend money unnecessarily, much appreciated. Will definitely use them again.”

“Warm, supportive engineers attends to do my hot water and heating jobs. Good, polite staff response on telephone. Good management response to my one and only complaint so far. I believe my complaint will be resolved sooner and with empathetic and understanding skills. I will submit my complaint in writing and expect your quick response.
