“I received excellent customer service over the telephone when needing to check stock for a certain item. The lady I spoke to checked stock, took my name and advised she would look out for my order to get it posted out that day for me as it was a birthday gift for my sister. Thank you so much”
“I wanted to leave a review after receiving my beautiful necklace. I bought Yvette Dark Cherry Quartzite and I cannot praise it enough. The stones are just beautiful and I love the way there is gold between the larger stones which are at the front, and the small ones which go up and round the back. The shine on the stones is gorgeous and the shape is beautiful. It is a colour that will go with so many things. I have many Lola Rose pieces but this is by far the most beautiful for me.”
“Bad customer service. Has deteriorated over the years. No acknowledgement of any returned item being received.
It then takes them 14 days to action a refund. Not acceptable.”
“I purchased watch with charm from QVC early December and although I’m pleased with the watch
I’m now horrified that the charm has come off my watch and of course no idea where it is. I do wonder why with something like this that they are not attached securely.
I’ve checked again QVC website and it seems to be a ring/circle that the charm is attached to but I’m left with what I can only describe as a thin bar.
Can you please explain why this charm is so poorly attached and what I should do next to get a replacement and then find someone to attach it securely? I’m most cross about this.

“Its a scam. They didnt publish my review / removed it. the review they asked me to write. They manipulate reviews and show positive / paid reviews only. It is hardly a London based / UK based brand. My shipping came from China! When I asked for return I was asked to ship at my own cost with a promise to return the shipping cost but by now I am so distrustful of them I am not sure I should do that. Not trustworthy at all. Stay away.”
“I have spent thousands of pounds on Lola Rose, but I am horrified to find the dye coming of the stones. My wrist was stained red with the Kensington rose agate. I am finding the dye leaking of the stored pieces. Beyond furious.”
“It's a scam. They selling Aliexpress $3 watches under this name for $150-$200 and they based Hong-Kong, no any connection with London as you expect. Could call Lola Rose Rome or Washington at the same way.. No customer service, no warranty..”

“Bought a watch for my wife. It was immediately discounted from $180 to $120 for valentines. That's my fault, I get it.
It didn't look like the pictures. It was light pink in photos showed up darker and with purple tones. And the watch seems chinzy.
I tried to return it after recieving it. They claimed there is a form in the packaging to do so. There wasn't. The website said 28 days to return which I was well within. I emailed them to request a form and let them know I was returning it. I got an email 2 days later saying I only had 14 days. Checked there website and they just updated the return policy in the last 48hrs. Cold shouldered me on my request. I emailed them regarding the convienent policy change which i did not purchase my item under those conditions of and haven't had a response yet.
Trust the other reviews. I don't know if it always was, but It's a Chinese company all said and done when you trace the design and production. Don't fall for the glitz of advertising they're basically over priced junk, with bad customer service.”

I did not even try the second one, I got in touch 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a stamped address envelope to send them back. I have loads of LR from their website and QVC and there customer service is atrocious ! Person said she sent the label a week ago, lies still not received. Putting me off buying anymore !!”
“This is the most ridiculous company i have ever come across. Customer service is terrible and take no accountability. My order was not delivered to me TWICE and said that since ''we have shipped the product, the problem is no longer theirs''. Terrible company and would never recommend to purchase from them. The item is said to be ''delivered'' but never actually gets delivered. So ridiculous. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!”
