Nobody will answer their phone after they charge me for products that they do not send. I believe that's stealing. Horrible customer service.

On more than one occasion I have ordered from this company only for them to hold my order for over a week and not ship it out. Once I reach out for an update I get a response of that item is out of stock and a refund. Yet you go to the website and said item is showing in stock. Very frustrating and such a pain!

I have been ordering from Lolicupstore.com for many years. Never had problems until about 2 years now. More than 3 times I didn't get all my products. Contacted customer service and problem was resolved okay. This last time I ordered I was missing all my syrups again, I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone nor return message my Emails I send. After more than 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of someone, I escalated my claim through Pay Pal and finally got my refund for the missing items. Also One of my coffee bags was busted open and never got anything for it.I have had it now and will never order from them again. I rather pay more and get good customer service.

The prices and items are great, however, the company itself, is not. The first time we ordered, everything came in on time except the straws so we contacted customer service via email and phone but no replies whatsoever with both communication channels. So we didn't receive any refund or new straws either and had to order a separate order for straws. We gave lollicup store another try just because we thought it was an honest mistake on their part but turns out it wasn't. The second time we recently ordered items worth around $300 and funds were taken out of our account within a couple days but no tracking number available at all, so we waited for a week before contacting lollicup store via email but no replies again. Phone number on google worked but apparently they're receiving a lot of calls so no one returned our calls nor picked up the phone either. A couple of days after I contacted them, the items came in but UPS delivered it while it was opened and some items were missing so we contacted lollicup store via phone and email again but no replies again. At this point we're out $100 plus on items that we did not receive and no refund or anyone to contact. Overall, great prices but worst customer service ever. I would think that a company who probably focuses on communication via email only, would communicate better but it's even worse when their phone number and email reaches no one. Better buy your items elsewhere, WORSE PLACE EVER AND NO REFUNDS OR COMMUNICATION SKILLS AT ALL!

Placed an order. A partial order was sent. Respectfully I followed protocol with regard to customer service and have NOT RECEIVED A RESPONSE. Calling the company only leads to the ongoing automated response, "they are busy assisting other customers" DM on Facebook should not be the only way to communicate with this company. If you have processed a payment for an order there is no excuse for delaying with followup to a customer who only wants what they PAID for.

ZERO customer service 2 if my items were missing they sent an empty box. I call left messages 4 days straight email 4 times with pictures of the empty box. Till this day no one has answered via phone or email. On the ph ok ne message they said "we will answer your call within the business day" Hiw busy can one get that ok one can answer customer phone or email? NEVER BUY FORM THEM AGAIN!!!

This company truly sucks on all levels. zero customer service. Will screw up your order. Will charge you for items that will not get shipped. you have little recourse. they will charge you to ship bac k what you did not receive. buy anywhere else please trust me.

I order some flavored syrups. They never sent me the syrups they refund my money but didn’t emailed me and told me why. Someone on Facebook said they do this a lot . Why waste people’s time. If your out of something just put on the website out of stock.

I have no idea what everyone else here is talking about, ordered 3 of the teazone lychee pearls and got them fast, and for almost 50% off Amazon with shipping included. Almost didn’t buy because of the reviews, but I’m glad I did. Adam

I placed an order and received 2/3 of the order. I have called & emailed LollicupStore but to no avail. I had to contact UPS to find out one of the packages was damaged in shipment, but never heard from LollicupStore, who got paid in full.

This company has great pricing and good product. However, they are very slow to process their orders and they use substandard, poor shipping companies. The shipping charges are much higher than I have experienced at other places but the shipping is terrible. You will need to plan ahead and place your order at least a month before you will need it. They processed my order and took my money quickly but did not ship it for 8 days. Now, I am 8 days into the shipping with no way to track anything. All I can say is plan ahead.

I placed an order on 6/5 and they sent a tracking number on 6/8. I thought that was fast considering reviews stating that they take a long time to ship. I emailed them a few days after receiving the tracking number asking when it would ship since the tracking details state that it still hasn't been picked up yet. The customer support agent responded and stated that they take a few days to ship out orders and prep the shipping labels in advance. Another week passed by without the shipment moving so I email support again. They took 1.5 WEEKS to respond and stated that the shipment was lost and they'd ship a new order out in a few days. I'm going out of town for 2 weeks so it's likely this order will arrive when I'm out of town. This is unacceptable. The level of service is disappointing and they don't do anything to correct their orders. They should've rushed the shipment and pushed to ship the next day and pay for overnight shipping. I'm never going to order through them again. It's not worth the frustrating experience and poor customer service.

Very poor customer service!! I run a coffee shop and they sent me the wrong lid, I am out in the mean time and they will not make it right and send the right ones expedited!! They are requiring me to purchase the wrong ones in order to put in a request to ship the correct ones. And they only offered a 20% discount on the wrong ones. So now I will likely have to close down until the new ones get here because they are made specifically for high temp beverages like Americanos.
