“They shipped 3 orders of face masks during Covid-19 outbreak, which I sent to three different family members, and one is in the medical field. The orders went smoothly and shipping was fast.”

“They had the best prices for Torani syrup and a great selection of flavors including sugar-free. Even when shipping was added they were still cheaper than anywhere else I could find. They got to me quicker than anticipated as well :-)”

“I have been ordering from Lolicupstore.com for many years. Never had problems until about 2 years now. More than 3 times I didn't get all my products. Contacted customer service and problem was resolved okay. This last time I ordered I was missing all my syrups again, I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone nor return message my Emails I send. After more than 2 weeks of trying to get a hold of someone, I escalated my claim through Pay Pal and finally got my refund for the missing items. Also One of my coffee bags was busted open and never got anything for it.I have had it now and will never order from them again. I rather pay more and get good customer service.”

“The prices are pretty good but the shipping is outrageous. Went to order $50 worth of straws and they want to charge me $40 for shipping!!! Better to just use AMZN”

“This company has great pricing and good product. However, they are very slow to process their orders and they use substandard, poor shipping companies. The shipping charges are much higher than I have experienced at other places but the shipping is terrible. You will need to plan ahead and place your order at least a month before you will need it. They processed my order and took my money quickly but did not ship it for 8 days. Now, I am 8 days into the shipping with no way to track anything. All I can say is plan ahead.”

“My first experience was great with lollicup, order came quickly, everything was right. Second order, lids were missing from the bundle pack I ordered. They sent us the wrong item, but one that fit promptly as a replacement. So second time was fine. Most recently, ran into an issue regarding the billing address during check out. On their end and mine, we could see the address used on previous orders, and when I informed them that I had misused the shipping as billing in the past, they immediately responded that the problem was mine. When I tried using the shipping as the billing add. using their credit authorization, it was declined by my card because as I tried to explain to them, it's not right. I had to figure out on my own a workaround with no help from them. Their system is somehow checking the billing address against its previous invoices, not bank records. So, I had to check out with PayPal using the proper info, and enter into their merchant checkout, the wrong info. They disconnected correspondence with me twice, I wasn't trying to accomplish anything other than giving them money, so my mind is blown they couldn't have patience with me. Overall, okay company unless something goes wrong, in which case they are a nightmare.”

“Placed an order for a case (12) Torani Syrups. Instead of shipping as a case it was shipped in multiple packages with different tracking numbers. 10 of the 12 bottles were damaged due to very poor packaging. This is the second time this has happened to me with Lollicup Store. Waiting for a replacement of the damaged items and this will be the last time I order from them.”

“I have been trying for over a week to file a refund/replacement for damaged sauce we received. Each time the form errors out and there is no number to reach anyone. The "BOT" keeps telling me to fill out the nonworking form. Will NOT be ordering from them again.”

“Customer service is terrible. Shop elsewhere. Sent the incorrect pumps for the Monin syrups, they weren’t sealed and were very dirty. We were also sent syrups that expire in a couple of months, and refused to refund or return them. Will not be shopping here again.”

“I order some flavored syrups. They never sent me the syrups they refund my money but didn’t emailed me and told me why. Someone on Facebook said they do this a lot . Why waste people’s time. If your out of something just put on the website out of stock.”

“The customer service is terrible, they don't ship in a timely fashion, you can only handle issues online even if you call there is no resolution to any problem. They're ALWAYS out of stock on items necessary and they make the return process as difficult as possible so as to hope you just give up so they can keep your money. I'd give negative stars if I could worthless company...I suggest you heed my advice and run from this company... They also charge you for a restocking fee on items returned and damaged... Poor business management... I posted the return policy”
