I used Look after my Bills to cement an extremely good rate with NP in August 2018. They pitched with a very good rate for September end 2019. It was my choice not to go with the offer but get one from Scottish Power. They also had a brokers online Deal but I went with direct ensuring a slightly higher rate guaranteeing switchdates. LMB sadly had not secured a desk with SP but wish them best of luck and will revert for desks next year. One thing to ensure with brokers is make clear if you want a quote before launching or immediate switch contract. Friendly professional and transparent. Thank you. Andrew

Very easy to use. I can sit back and let someone else take care of finding me the best deal. Once a year when my contrat is coming to an end Look after my bills make contact and do it all for me. No wasting time on comparisson websites for me:-)

Previously with a supplier for over 25 years and changed some 8 months ago. It was smooth and effortless and the new supplier introduced has been so far cost effective and efficient. All o In all a wise decision

It is easy to change to this company. They do look after your tariff and you save money with them. I am glad that I watched their presentation to Dragon Den. I switched both Gas and electricity to them and now I don’t have to worry about renewing as they will do it for me and I hope it will be cheaper then what I had been paying in the past. The big advantage is that I don’t have to worry about renewal every year. Do change to this company and pass your worries of Tariffs to them and save money. Dr A Rahman

This is now the second year of being with LAMB. The first year definitely saved me money compared to staying with Sainsbury’s Energy who massively hiked their price after being with them for a year. LAMB moved me to EON and it was seemless and throughout the year all was very very easy. LAMB have now changed me to TOTO again highlighting they would save me money. This was again all seemless with a couple of reservations and queries. The first was TOTO wanted to take two payments on the first direct debit. This was not clear from LAMB but was easily resolved with a call to TOTO who I believe are based in Brighton and were very good at resolving the issue by only taking a single payment. Their reason for the double payment is to top load your account to take you through the higher demand periods which frankly I thought was unacceptable. My view is that if you are given a direct debit amount for the account this should reflect the average amount each month to be paid over the year with only minor tweaks required during the rest of the year. The second issue I had was LAMB suggested on the first year changeover with them that they would only transfer me to reputable companies. When doing a quick search of TOTO the reviews coming back were not great and as such I emailed LAMB with my concerns. They responded with a comprehensive email (not quickly enough for my liking) stating that TOTO were addressing the issues highlighted by customers and were engaging in these improvements. As such LAMB were happy to proceed with TOTO as they were constantly improving. My experience with TOTO has been positive as they have been responsive in dealing with the payment issue. Also when trying to upload online the meter readings the system could not take the readings and they advised calling . I did and they took the readings. The calls were very quick with no lengthy waiting at all. Just started with TOTO so too early to say for the rest of it. I gave LAMB 4/5 due to these early foibles but maintain the 4/5 as the resolution was easy.

Would definitely recommend Look after my Bills customer service excellent reduced my fuel costs and kept me informed all the way.

Hi, I’m relieved that I don’t have to be worried about paying too much for my energy now, I have someone to do it for me. I’m not complacent or lazy I don’t have enough time to be trawling through comparison sites & quite honestly Life’s to short. Waited quite a while for you to find a company worth changing to, but it was worth the wait.

I can't give 5 stars as yet, as I've only just changed supplier, and don't know how efficient they'll be, or how their customer service will be, but for ease of change over I cannot find fault.
