“A lovely friend of mine asked for my help in buying a new car recently as I have experience in the trade and she was actually a former customer of mine in the past. I told her there was only one car that was perfect for her needs and that was the Dacia Duster. She loved the car instantly and asked me to visit the Renault/Dacia dealership on Benfield Road. I simply let the Dealership deal with her and without hesitation a deal was completed with ease. From Richie the sales executive and to the Managers Nick and Paul they made her so welcome and at ease. They got her exactly where she needed to be with her budget and she is over the moon with her new car. I have just spoke to her, as she has just picked it up on her birthday today and she is over joyed! To quote her, she stated that it such a unique dealership with a fantastic vibe but more importantly and stand out from a Woman’s perspective that it was a very non masculine and friendly dealership by all involved and I have no doubt she’ll be back again. Dacia Newcastle is a dealership I would recommend to anyone and the cars are without question just as brilliant. Thanks Guys and Gals! Sidco”

“Excellent! They bought my RR Velar, I dealt with Colin from Lookers Premium, got an excellent offer, really good communication and advice on next steps, they arranged for pick up from my house and money was in my bank straight away. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.”

“Lookers VW Guildford I had an ongoing issue trying to lease a Motability vehicle, I won't bore any one with the amount and differing problems but I was informed I would not be able to have the chosen vehicle nearly 6 months after ordering, even though the vehicle had been built and delivered! Extremely upset and disappointed and after a couple of further emails James Hart took over my account. Well, what a difference!! So conscientious, polite, helpful, understanding, resourceful, I could go on. Basically in less than a month I had collected my new car. I cannot express my gratitude enough to James Hart, He has helped to make our day to day lives so much easier. I cannot recommend him enough, super super chap! Thank you James Hart!!”

“Great Service both sales and service department. The reception is first class and you get the attention you need. Every effort is made to secure the best deal for sale/exchange and time is taken not to rush you (not the typical car sales) The above is reason to return and buy again which is what & why we did.”

“I called into Lookers darlington, last week and asked a young man if anyone could check my front tyres pressure, he went off, into the garage area, and came back saying I has to book in with the service staff, With the greatest respect I am a Lady in her 80,s and was only hoping for a small gesture of goodwill, a two minute job and help,,,,,,, " it's not going to happen at Lookers Darlington "”

“After buying from a lookers dealer and having no joy with after sales care took the car to an alternative dealer. The care and staff attitude was incredibly different. In a world of online purchasing and so many dealers choose wisely. I wish I had spent more time looking up reviews before parting with my money”
