“I really enjoy getting a random box of stuff every month and Loot Crate is a great box to subscribe to. With so many boxes out there I sometimes wonder if I shouldn't play the field and explore a bit, though. I feel like I'd get more from Loot Crate if I canceled and periodically reupped with their offers they don't give the loyal subscribers like me. I subbed for 6 months at a time when it was the longest, and now I'm on the year plan but I know that they offer gifts if you cancel and reup, which I may do.”

“I love the different themes each month. Usually the items chosen are good choices of great quality. The shirts don't always seem sized very well though. I love the monthly pins also.”

“I've subscribed to Loot Crate for over 2 years now, and it has been a blast! I always look forward to my crate- to me it feels like Christmas comes once a month. I do sometimes skip months if the theme isn't what I'm looking for, and they make that really easy to do. Some months are better than others, but I really do think they try to make everyone happy and keep mixing up the variety of items in the crates. I am especially pleased that a shirt comes in every crate now! It makes subscribing a no-brainer. I love Loot Wear (Level Up) as well, as I'm always looking for wearable ways to express my favorite franchises. I've also purchased a few special edition boxes which have always been worth it due to exclusives and the quality!! My favorite subscription that Loot Crate has right now is probably Loot Anime. I love it because the items are amazing and so worth it for the price you pay. I love the themes and variety of items in the box as well as the differences from the core crate like the phone charms and poster in place of the pins and magazine. Overall, Loot Crate has made my life super fun with geeky items I wouldn't have found if not for them. Thanks Loot Crate!!!”

“I can normally relate to 85% of the branded merchandise chosen. Every now and then a printed item (like the Harry Potter socks) is printed weirdly and I'm not often thrilled about the online content. But, at the price, it isn't much to complain about. I'm pretty happy being subscribed to Loot Crate. Thanks, you guys!”

“Overall value of the items you get is more than the price you pay for the crate. I like that you can skip a month if you are not totally in love with the franchises that are featured. I've gotten a couple of items that I just felt were really cheap or cheaply made, and that's reflected in my rating. Also, crates will get delayed for one reason or another and many times I will not get a tracking email to know when its coming. However, I've gotten some really cool items as well and I like getting a t-shirt every month. Customer service is usually pretty good if you have questions or problems, but they do experience high volumes of requests at times so it can take a couple of days for them to respond. If you're on the fence, I'd say give it a try by paying for one month. If you like it, you can always upgrade to the 3 month or annual plan, and if you don't, you can cancel.”

“I started sunscribing to Loot Crate late 2015 and now also subscribe to Loot Gaming and loot Anime. The items in the crates are a good mix of pop culture, although a little too focused on US pop culture. The boxes are durable and can either be reversed or used for storage of the items. The only thing I would like them to change is to add 4XL (xxxxl) for t-shirt sizing on all crates. This is monor though as generally the t-shirts are well fitting and well made.”

“Lootcrate is fun...cool stuff, packaging that's more than just a box, a community of fans and curators bringing things together. My only complaint would be that while they used to differentiate themselves from the competition by having unique and exclusive items, the change to include a t-shirt in every order has taken away from what I enjoyed about it. I still look forward to my crate every month nonetheless.”

“While it is true that you will rarely like everything that it it included in the box, the stuff you do like makes it worth it and the stuff you don't want...hey, you already have Chirstmas/Birthday gifts for your pals. Great shirts, buttons have gotten much better, and usually one exclusive per month.”

“I enjoy the mystery of getting items in the mail each month. If I had to change one thing about Lootcrate I'd put the estimated retail value of each item in the magazine. This would help people understand how much the crate is worth.”

“When I first subscribed to LootCrate I was a little bit scared to get random stuff that I could not like. But in all crates I recieved there was only one where I think you guys could've done a better work. I'm talking about April's crate, cause it was such a good theme, you had so much to choose, and what we get from it was not for my taste. Now I believe you have grown cause im really enjoying the opening and mostly, to be surprised for the positive. My favourite things to get in a crate are figures, pins and comics (excluvise if possible!) cause I collect them but you also do a great job with the t-shirts! So, keep up the good work, and I keep up the subscrition :P P.S. I think that there should always be a figure of some sort (Q-fig, Pop, etc.) in each crate cause it's always awsome and you cannot fail with that!”

“I always look forward to receiving my Loot Crates. I love the quality of the shirts and the variety of item I can get, so long as there are no childish items. I haven't had any issues with bad delivery on the part of Loot Crate and my items are always in great condition.”
