“Lost Stock is a great idea, honestly such an example of how people can get together and do something good in difficult times. You buy a box of clothes that would otherwise go to landfill, you bag a bargain and you help people in need. Customer Service has been amazing as well and they really go the extra mile to make you happy.”

“It did take longer than they said but they've built this whole business from scratch during Covid so got to give them some slack for that. I got 2 denim shirts and 2 t-shirts. Really good value when you consider it's supported a family as well. Customer service team were always friendly as wlel.”

“For me, loststock was less about the clothes & more about the ethos behind it - supporting a garment worker’s family during the pandemic after orders by big brands were cancelled.
Yes, it did take a bit longer than the 6-8 weeks for my parcel to arrive. But considering what the team were trying to do, in very challenging circumstances, I’m ok with that.
Yes, I might have to wait till it’s a bit warmer before wearing the items as they were in the spring/summer collection but that’s OK too as I have something to look forward to! & as I’m currently still working from home, there’s a LOT of my wardrobe I haven’t worn over the last few months.
I was pleasantly surprised by the items too - a couple were not ones I would have picked out myself but they look alright when I tried them on.
Would I buy another box? Probably, because it’s about supporting garment workers & preventing perfectly good clothes from going to landfill.
What really needs to be addressed is the fact loststock exists at all. Fashion brands should have closer links to their supply chains; pay the makers of their clothes a fair wage; & we as consumers should be making better choices about where we buy our clothes from. Say no to fast fashion.”
