“Scam my £50 voucher balance has gone they won’t refund it me saying someone has scammed me impersonating there company and they have taken my money I only remember entering my balance details on there website and now the balance has gone and there saying I’m not covered for the first £35 and they want £8.90 to reissue my card leaves me with £6.10 on my £50 gift card”

Tried converting to a £10 Amazon voucher and there is a 50p fee - which I can't even pay unless I buy more credit? (Can't just add 50p) - complete rubbish. Avoid.”
“I have been given a love2shop voucher, and they want to know all your personal data to activate it, even your phone number and date of birth as well everything else. I was shocked, as I’ve not had this requirement with other gift vouchers.
This is the worst gift voucher I have ever received. It will end up cut up & in the bin. Terrible gift card to give to someone you care about.
I would advise you not to buy it, as your friends and family will be disappointed. Most people value some privacy for their data with increasing fraud. Unacceptable data collection.”
“For goodness sake just give cash. Someone gave a £10 card to my son. To use it you have to register for an account with Love2shop giving all your personal details then the restrictions on using the card are very complex. I would have thrown it in the bin but I resent this awful company getting to keep the £10.
JUST GIVE CASH - it's much safer, simpler and more flexible.”
“I couldn't download an e gift card so I sent for one to come to my address,I got it of my employer and when I go to purchase something online there wanting a four digit security code I only have 3,and I read somewhere that u have to scratch the wee bit of foil to reveal it,but am sorry mine doesn't have this”

“DO NOT BUY...My friend ordered £15 of these vouchures for my birthday and they were sent to me in £1 cards!!! How bloody stupid!! Just been to TKMAXX and bought £18 product and TKMAXX checkout would only accept £4 of the vouchures. SCSM SCAM SCAM. I have warned my friend not to buy them again. What a load of rubbish. “Love2Shop is a horrible shopping experience. I would advise anyone considering using this company please don't. I received a £250 gift card that expired Feb 23 and I tried to use it before the end of the expiration date and it was impossible. When I phoned customer service they told me it had expired as it was bought through a company, I would lose the £250. If I could give this company 0 Stars I would. I don't think this is in line with the FCA rules.”
