“I have already reviewed this company, but wanted to give an update. When I reviewed them on Trustpilot, they tried to claim that the review was not about them, and then, that I was not a customer. After supplying proof, they eventually succeeded in having the review removed because the purchase was more than 12 months old. Do NOT trust lovesofas OR Trustpilot.”
“I bought a reclining sofa and chair which almost immediately started fraying and stitching came undone. I have contacted Love Sofas throught 2018 & now 2019 yet can’t resolve the issue. I have completely paid via DivideBuy for this shoddy piece of furniture. Today, I’ve been told the company name was bought in August 2018 and it’s not the same company operating! Interestingly, this is contrary to what is on the internet which states the company has been in operation since 2010! “Chris” is the only person who seems to be with some decorum and customer service ethics.

“Avoid at all costs! Shoddy workmanship and terrible materials used in production. Spent what was, for me, an extremely large amount of money on 2 leather sofas. Turned out to be bonded leather and started cracking and splitting after a few months. Look at all the YouTube videos of others going through the same experience. They keep closing and re-opening in new premises to avoid the county court judgements that are stacking up. I have just been awarded one too and have no illusions that it won't get paid. Seriously, go somewhere more reputable!”

Bought a recliner chair from these cowboys not even 2 months old and yet it was lumpy, a gap between the seat and the back, and springs in your behind.They didn't want to give me a refund let alone pay for return postage so I opened a Paypal case to get my original payment and have filled my small claims case to get my postage refunded. They like to talk about slander but like I told them at the time the truth is not slander. Don't take my word for it let's just say trustpilot isn't all that trust worthy checkout Youtube instead now there is a trustworthy review of this company or should I say companies. Negative reviews have a habit of disappearing so I'll upload this one on a few review sites just in case. “As I thought after writing the complaint , not 1 email from the company or management that just shows you what they think , after telling me how long I wud wait for my refund , what a surprise I got it the next day after complaining ,total rubbish nick.”
“I ordered this sofa 3 weeks ago.. I was told using the online chat that if I ordered this sofa today that it would be delivered the following Tuesday. I was in need of a sofa quickly so I double checked and they explained they have checked and there was a driver in my area on that day so would be delivered then. I waited till the following Tuesday and i had no contact from them what so ever except the confirmation of purchase. I rang them every day and each time they said they would get someone to ring me back and that never happened. They tell you what you want to hear on the phone. Another week passed and was told several different things. I rang up yesterday which was 3 weeks after original delivery and they've now moved it back till next week again. I'm 99% sure this is just a delaying tactic and they have no intention of fulfilling this date either. I have had no phone calls or emails to resolve this. I requested a refund yesterday and now have to wait a week for this. AVOID”
“This couch is covered with a very weak fake leather that tears as soon as you look at it. When the first tear appeared, we tried to exercise the warranty. They told us that we had to pay £50 to have the couch evaluated. They added "It's the law." I'm not quite sure what the disinterested operator thought they meant by this. I think they were trying to intimate that they couldn't legally give a refund without this service (which is an obvious lie). At best, it's a legal loophole in the small print that allows them to shirk their responsibilities. A scam, in any case.
4 years on, the couch is more patch than couch. Truly one of the worst purchases I've made. Shoddy product, borderline criminal behaviour in not honouring the warranty.”
