“This is a really awful company customer service is rubbish they never call you back when they say , I bought a 2 seater settee ,after only after a few days the cushions sagged in the middle , the padding on the arms are non existent you can feel the frame ,delivery date kept change lies to me about about part of an order sent to me , when they looked into it only half the order had arrived with them , waiting on refund they said 2to 3 days 3 to 7 days then email stated 10 days plus rubbish company , then they said a manager wud call me by end of day ,guess what nobody call what a surprise , terrible company goods no good

Our sofas from this company didn't last we bought a while back and are fit for the scrap heap already and nothing else the 2 seater was replaced eventually after a couple of months after splitting out but only after repeated phone calls and complaints the 3 seater cracked all over after one year it looked tatty as anything, we had purchased their insurance too but because it was not Accident damage we couldn't claim
Finally nearly finished paying for it as we paid by card as for the sofas now only fit for the bin”
“I ordered a corner sofa on the 2nd august and I have made several attempted phone calls for an update. It is a nightmare to get through and you dont receive an email when you email them. I telephoned over a week ago asking for a refund as my sofa had still not arrived and after reading other bad reviews did not feel optimistic about this company. I rang got through asked for a refund the lady said ok so four days later I spent a long time throughout that day to get through to ask if they had refunded me and was told it would be in my bank within four days no refund of 900. So again I will be having to attempt contact again. I would never purchase anything again or trust what they say on their website.”

After supplying proof, they eventually succeeded in having the review removed because the purchase was more than 12 months old. Do NOT trust lovesofas OR Trustpilot.”
“Absolute nightmare I ordered chaise longe which was wrong colour after them making excuse after excuse I said I’d keep it because not to much colour difference but the legs were auful so I’m now waiting for the proper silver ones communication is pathetic I will never order from them again after I receive the silver legs which I am still waiting for otherwise I will be seeking legal advice”
“I ordered this sofa 3 weeks ago.. I was told using the online chat that if I ordered this sofa today that it would be delivered the following Tuesday. I was in need of a sofa quickly so I double checked and they explained they have checked and there was a driver in my area on that day so would be delivered then. I waited till the following Tuesday and i had no contact from them what so ever except the confirmation of purchase. I rang them every day and each time they said they would get someone to ring me back and that never happened. They tell you what you want to hear on the phone. Another week passed and was told several different things. I rang up yesterday which was 3 weeks after original delivery and they've now moved it back till next week again. I'm 99% sure this is just a delaying tactic and they have no intention of fulfilling this date either. I have had no phone calls or emails to resolve this. I requested a refund yesterday and now have to wait a week for this. AVOID”
“This couch is covered with a very weak fake leather that tears as soon as you look at it. When the first tear appeared, we tried to exercise the warranty. They told us that we had to pay £50 to have the couch evaluated. They added "It's the law." I'm not quite sure what the disinterested operator thought they meant by this. I think they were trying to intimate that they couldn't legally give a refund without this service (which is an obvious lie). At best, it's a legal loophole in the small print that allows them to shirk their responsibilities. A scam, in any case.
4 years on, the couch is more patch than couch. Truly one of the worst purchases I've made. Shoddy product, borderline criminal behaviour in not honouring the warranty.”

“I bought a reclining sofa and chair which almost immediately started fraying and stitching came undone. I have contacted Love Sofas throught 2018 & now 2019 yet can’t resolve the issue. I have completely paid via DivideBuy for this shoddy piece of furniture. Today, I’ve been told the company name was bought in August 2018 and it’s not the same company operating! Interestingly, this is contrary to what is on the internet which states the company has been in operation since 2010! “Chris” is the only person who seems to be with some decorum and customer service ethics.

“Not good at all selling junk that doesn't last, love sofas is just one of there selling names on Ebay and Amazon, ignoring CCJ'S after sending court orders back after losing cases, according to Google the Trinity Street address is no longer even valid, and It say's the company is in liquidation.”
