we booked our holiday at the beginning of December, only three weeks later I received an email confirming the hotel, but not airline tickets because they did not have them for us at that time, we were offered a flight at 6.50am, but I refused due to the 3-year-old. we chose the more expensive option to have a flight in the afternoon. love holiday gave us the option of staying in a hotel or giving up. We resigned and since then there has been no contact. After several attempts to recover my deposit, I was blocked. It may be a little cheaper but as long as there are no problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never use it again.

Avoid this business. They're scammers and evade any responsibility. I was asked to pay £505.76 for a holiday I'm canceling due to issues beyond my control even though the holiday is still 4 months away. I also confirmed that the flight has not been paid for and the hotel has not been booked. Even with the cancellation fee of £75 they want me to pay an extra £217 after paying an initial £288. This isn't my first booking with them, and it's utterly absurd, heartless, and blatant thievery.

They take your money then when you chase them about over a flight delay they don’t want to know. That coupled with their extensive use of the worst airline ever Ryanair leaves you in no man’s land. To be fair they are selling on price so you get what you pay for cheap holiday and cheap service and cheap customer care. Stay away from them.

Please don't west your money ,I add pictures have a look ,The information on love holiday website was inaccurate, and I was misled into booking the holiday them. I have recently booked with love holiday company at the Voxx Inn Family Club Hotel in Marmaris, Turkey. I booked the holiday for July 2023. We booked for nine nights, all-inclusive This holiday was advertised in the Love Holiday website brochure. In the information for this hotel, it stated that there was a 4-star hotel with Turkish bath, Indoor pool, Sauna & massage, Table tennis and fitness at this property, and because of this, I booked my holiday with them. when we arrived, we found out that all the facilities had been closed a year ago. I spoke to the receptionist, and she confirmed the hotel did not have all the facilities anymore. The room they offered us had a lock problem. We missed breakfast the first morning since love holiday website stated 7-10 a.m., but the hotel's breakfast hour was 7-9:30 a.m. The hotel was dirty, and the room service was terrible; they didn't clean our room for three days. There was no tea maker in the room; and there was no toothbrush cup holder in the bathroom. Your website states that it is a four-star hotel, but it is no better than a bed and breakfast. It ruined our holiday because of poor facilities, a dirty hotel, and wrong information.

Booked and paid for double room with cooking facilities. Got small studio with single beds and no cooking amenities. Told love holiday's but they do not help. And deny responsibility. Do not use this company.

We paid 6000 euros for a holiday in Punta Cana, without insurance, without transfers and without any luggage!! We foundout only with a few days before the flight! Be careful guys!!! Stay away from this company!!

Did not notify me of a flight change. Unable to fulfil booking with the hotel due to change. Spent 1.5 hours on chat but did not resolve the issue. When I requested a refund they abruptly refused and ended the chat with out answering my queries. Sent false info regarding t&c. I have screen shot the entire chat.

I recently stayed at the Royal Lagoons Aqua Park Resort, booked through Love Holidays, and had a terrible experience. The hotel's response to my complaints and safety concerns was unsatisfactory and dismissive. The path to our accommodation was unfinished and unsafe, and my daughter fell and injured her knee. Despite reporting the incident, the hotel denied any knowledge and provided excuses instead of taking responsibility for the safety of their guests. Furthermore, the unsanitary conditions at the hotel led to sickness and diarrhoea during my stay, and the repetitive and unhealthy food served at the hotel made it necessary to eat outside, incurring additional costs. The lack of concern for guests' health and safety is unacceptable. In addition, there were several faults in my room, and although I reported them, nothing was done to resolve the issues. The hotel's response was inadequate, and their offer of a plate of fruit as an apology is unacceptable. Overall, I had a terrible experience at Royal Lagoons Aqua Park Resort and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of responsibility, concern for guests' safety and well-being, and inadequate response to complaints is unacceptable

A horrendous company who shouldn't be trading. They changed dates of the booking making you pay more. I booked my birthday holiday with the Mrs on 19th till 23th February Loveholidays changed the dates too 19th till 23 November. They charged me £100 more to changed the dates and they yes they changed the flights but they didn't and have to additional £800 on flight. Horrendous scammers who deserve to be fined millions so customers can get their money back

When you book they said you can cancel but after 2 weeks and 6 months prior departure they wanted me to pay 1200£ to cancel or 6000 to ch as ndr the dates of my flight. I’ve booked the wrong dates by accident. Massive scam. Definitely NOT recommend

I wasn't aware that the love holiday agents used their email account and phone number details to book the flight for me on Wizzair. When the Wizz air cancellation notification was sent to him/her, He/she did not notify me at all. I only heard about the cancellation when my friend told me so. She managed to book an available flight because she has heard about it, but I could not as I did not even receive the cancellation confirmation and could not start the process until today. I called Wizzair and try to get an alternative flight asap. But they won't even talk to me because I don't have the right email address to log in (because you used your email and phone number with them). They won't take calls 28 days before travelling. I am basically stuck in the middle and can't do anything. When they finally replied through email ask me to choose 1. find an alternative flight. 2 Cancel the holiday and receive a full refund. They did not SPECIFY if I choose option 1, I will automatically give up cancellation with a full refund. Without knowing what flight I am going to get for three days when I want to cancel, they will not refund anything because I've already chosen the first option, but they still haven't told me what flight I will get. They did NOT SAY this would be the case in their message when I was given the choice!!!! It was such an agonising experience and we do not need this, especially when travelling with young children. Never again!

Shocking apartments, not as described on location, extremely tired with hole in bath filled in with poly filler and some h & s issues. Loveholidays were no use, we checked out by ourselves after 3 days ( it took that long as it was Xmas) Love holidays closed the case on the accommodations owners say so with no photos and not listening ( also closed the case prior the owners response?) complained again when we got home and the offered us a £75 loveholiday voucher not the costing for our accommodation else where. Love holiday I will not use your voucher as I will NOT ever book with you again. You are a rubbish firm who has now customer care or concerns for yr customers. AVOID THESE AT ALL COSTS,!

Ref lov 4487320u Hi all I booked 2 weeks at the concorde el salam front Hotel with love holidays and when I got my confirmation the front page showed I was staying at the concorde el salam front Hotel but the hotel voucher had the concorde el salam sport hotel address on it . When I queried this with love holidays they confirmed I was booked into the concorde el salam sports hotel. I explained that I never booked to go to the sports hotel given the type of hotel and dire reviews. I was told then that I would have to pay extra money to stay at the front hotel which after some consideration I thought it would be better to get it sorted now and paid the extra money . I received my new hotel voucher but it still has the concorde el salam sport hotel address on it and love holidays will not confirm I am at the front hotel . I have spent many many hours trying to sort this out with love holiday but am getting nowhere so I am going to give the 7 days to confirm I am at the concorde el salam front hotel or I will reclaim the money. If this has happened to you contact trading standards as the are using the hotels similar names and location to miss lead you .

Made a complaint as loveholidays issued us with a incorrect email address this then lead to us not being able to print boarding passes and having to pay for flight tickets at greece. Response from loveholidays shocking but not surprising...pass the buck whenever they can. Absolutely disgusting dirty company keep away from them...

Awful experience hotel was basic not 4 star as clearly stated on booking food was awful flies on it at breakfast room given was on the street no privacy overlooking others who could see in demanded to be moved no support given by rude staff at Brisa Marina Hotel sillot contact UK Love holidays rep moved us to another room on Monday never shown room told by staff at hotel take it or leave it awful room no privacy with neighbours towels torn shocking moved out to proper 4 star hotel on 10th October on our own as no offer of transfer or further support from Love holidays only a free trip to the caves or where ever we wanted to go to for the day

Worst travel company I have ever come across... I have had a very dark and depressing few years, with a lot of family stresses including health being a real negative factor. With my mum. Fighting cancer, going through chemo and my dad battling diabetes, having both his legs chopped off. I booked a holiday in April with love holidays and in August they went and cancelled the whole holiday. I contacted them and said why did you do this? They said they are sorry and that I should use the website and book it again?? I went online and I saw the holiday but it was £1200 more expensive and the luxury swim up room was no longer available. I had booked individually with my 5 of my friends and I was the instigater for the holiday but I got done bad. They said they can not do anything else for me. Not even offer me a discount. But then could book me a standard room in the hotel at a more expensive rate than I paid for the swim up. I explained my concerns above and how the holiday is needed for my mental well being and it was ignored. I am gutted I have booked multiple holidays with them. I would never use them again even if I had to. I would not recommend them to anyone. Now I know that sometimes it's the individual who ruins a companies reputation but in this case its a collective experience from multiple agents that has ruined my whole year and sent me back to my dark days.... I Hope they use this particular experience and better them selves. Its not nice feeling the way I am because of a company that's supposed to make you love holidays!

Blaming myself firstly for not reading reviews on the hotel loveholidays sent me to but boy were my eyes open once I looked at trip advisor. Loveholidays are still sending ppl here knowing full well how dirty and disgusting the Aegean Park Hotel Marmaris is. Contacted loveholidays very unhelpful customer service is diabolical. We were charged £40 to change rooms out of a stinking sweaty box room which stinks of sewage. This place has not been cleaned in a long long time trust me. Beds filthy rooms filthy. Electrics hanging off walls. Absolute death trap. Ceiling in shower leaking through lights. Food disgusting half cooked. Same food out morning noon and night. Never wipe tables. Toilet smell is unbelievably bad. All inc is a joke we couldn’t eat a thing it was so dirty. My daughter cried every day. Receptionist very rude and also overcharged us for the room change and refused us a receipt until the manager (who refused to even speak to us) approved it. Loveholidays contacted the hotel who denied the whole monstrosity and loveholidays basically went with their side of story was offered £50 refund for the room change and was told if I accept that would be case closed as far as they were concerned. Indeed it is not. I’ve contacted a legal representative as I have pics of everything, phone numbers of other ppl and will take this further. Rep turns up at midday on day I was checking out to see me. What good is that I’m ready to leave now. Terrible terrible holiday from start to finish. Local shop owners and vendors are well aware of this hotels bad reputation but loveholidays continue to send unsuspecting holiday makers here. It’s just not on we are just coming out of a worldwide pandemic but yet these ppl clean nothing. I’m being ignored now by loveholidays but hey ho I’ll take it down the legal route instead. SHAME ON YOU LOVEHOLIDAYS. Taking peoples money and then doing nothing when there’s a problem. I would say 95% of folk there were not happy. Nobody cares as they already have your money. I’ll never use this company again

We paid for full board , but there was nothing was edible to eat , so wasted £400 for nothing & spent £400 eating out for breakfast & tea. also we paid nearly £200 extra to upgrade to a double room so our 15/16 yr old daughter had her own privacy. When we arrived we were told there are no double rooms , which meant we had to share a tiny room with 3 single beds side by side , not what you want when travelling with partner & daughter. Will never book with love holidays again after this. If you have a problem there is know direct contact number , the numbers shown just ring & ring until a message says please email …I’m back from holiday now & I still haven’t had any reply about a refund for the upgraded room that we never had. Also the room was full of ants crawling over us all night , it Ruined our holiday & caused more stress than ever , I will never book with love holidays again it was one of the worst experiences of going on holiday in my entire lifetime , FALSE ADVERTISING AND UNBEARABLE BAD COMMUNICATION.

DISGUSTING HOTEL VERIFIED BY LOVE HOLIDAYS AS 4 STAR. I have now arrived home in the UK. I need this moving to senior management right now. As I am now filing for a full refund. You put me in a supposedly 4 star hotel. The HTOP. ROYAL SUN HOTEL in Santa Susanna. This is not a 4 star hotel, I would not let a stray dog sleep in that hotel, or its rooms. The sheer ignorance from the hotel, and the audacity to think, and even imply that it was acceptable for me and my young child to sleep in them conditions was completely disgusting. The room smelled of mold, amonia, damp, and urine could also be smelled. The air con did not work at all, nor did half the hotel in fact. We had to keep window open constantly. The noise from outside, and the heat, I had no sleep for nearly 48 hours. I ended up putting the mattress on the floor, but did no good. I spent the rest of the holiday catching up on sleep. You and your incompetence ruined our holiday. Water was pouring in from the above swimming pool into the reception area, the all inclusive started at 10 am, and finished at 11pm. If you needed a drink before or after them times you was charged. The dinning room had no aircon at all, no windows, the heat was unbearable, you just sat there and sweat. It was horrendous. This holiday took me over 4 months to save for, and pay for. Might I also add I am disabled and on benefits. This was no easy task to save that money, as I went with out food at home some months. I even telephoned the hotel some two weeks before the trip, and explained to the hotel staff this was the very first holiday abroad with my only child. I hold you LOVEHOLIDAYS fully accountable for selling this holiday to me. I even telephoned your overseas number at 4a.m in the morning. I arrived at the hotel just gone 11.30 the perilous evening. I asked if a Love holidays agent could come and view the hotel and rooms, and flatly refused to do so. the room was filthy, the bath was cracked and just filled in with putty. The smell of mould was overpowering. The picture of pipe work with mould and rotting food was the last straw. How bloody dare you put me and my child into an establishment like that. Trust me when I say this, if I not given a full refund, I will smear you all over watch dog. Because I am absolutely disgusted. I am now seeking a full refund. The flights, the transfers, the seat allocations. This has cost me nearly £1500 to sleep in a place not fit for a dog, I have seen cleaner dog boarding kennels. I have been in accommodation in Rhyl for £25.00 a night better than this place. I have pictures to back this up as well. Shame I cannot upload here. They ask to allow for 56 days to investigate, but banks are restricted on the amount of time between time of sale and a dispute for money back claims. I however am not waiting for there investigation, as I have proof what they sold me was a steaming pile of s#%*e as I have pictures, and lots of them. But look at my avatar above, that's one of the pictures from the hotel room. I have now started a dispute with my bank directly. Atoll are useless, and love holidays was kicked out of ABTA, or removed. Not good. BOYCOTT NOW. There reply below just now, sums up what they are about. GOD DAM JOKE. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!!! The 1 star was only given because I had no option to not leave any! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH LOVE HOLIDAYS! There are too many issues to list. But in brief, when trying to check in online, apparently love Holidays take it upon themselves to change your email that you have to enter to check in which is not communicated. We only found this out by the gentleman at the Ryanair desk at the airport who searched through several emails for us and just about managed to find this made up email otherwise we would have been charged £55 per person to check in at the desk because we were not able to check in under our own personal email. We are a family of 6 so this would have cost us £330!!! The hotel Valaria Dar Atlas in Morocco that we booked was not a true representation of what was advertised at all! We booked 2 rooms to accommodate our large family. We walked into a room with no air-conditioning that was leaking, filthy walls with what looked like smeared blood stains not to mention the stained bedding..all in all it was disgusting! We had 4 members of our family in 1 room & were only given 2 towels. Had to request several times for our towels to be replaced after they had taken them. The food was just atrocious service was shocking communication non existent....I could go on & on. We complained to Love Holidays immediately. Was told to send an email with a detailed account of our complaint and attached photographic evidence of all we were disatisfied with and was assured this would be dealt with. After sending 3 emails, we have yet to receive any acknowledgement let alone response! They are quick to take your money but in no means the same in responding to their customer's complaints! The worst holiday experience I've ever had not to mention disappointing! Having to work so hard to save and spend so much money for a holiday to share quality time with your family it's unacceptable and complete robbery!

We arrived in Corfu last Saturday at 12:40am, no signs or persons were around to help us find our love holidays transfer. Nobody could tell us where to go, I went to the help desk inside and was told to wait sitting on the floor for our transfer. We were waiting over an hour and a half for our transfer sitting on a concrete floor. We arrived shortly after 4am at Ekati Mare Boutique hotel and checked in where we were asked to pay Greek tax amounting to 30 euro (we were not advised of this on your website). We then were told the hotel was full and we were being put in the over flow which was across the road from our hotel down a dirt track that was very easily accesible to other members of the public with no lighting. We were brought to our room which the room itself was nice apart from the safe in the room which was made of plastic, did not work and was not bolted to the wall which anybody could walk out the door with. This made us bring our valuables with us everywhere we went in the fear of getting robbed. There was no telephone in the room to contact the hotel if we had any problems. The wifi did not work. There was no bottled water in the room when we arrived, no tea/coffee facility or mini bar which was stated on the website. On the second day, 2 men entered our room at 9:30pm at night while I as a 24 year old woman was getting undressed, posing as ‘window cleaners’ and persisted to enter while I told them I did not want them coming in. Two men entering a room that late at night is very inappropriate, they entered the room regardless and kept entering being very persistent despite me saying no three times. It is unusual that two men would enter a room at half 9 at night 'cleaning windows. Is this not the cleaners job? From that moment on we knew something untoward was going on. It was evident that young 20-25 year old girls were the ones being put down in these very secluded roads and men were entering at that time thinking they would be out. We went to reception to complain and asked to change room to the hotel. The receptionist who’s name was Natalia was very unhelpful and rude, she told us she did not know who the men were and we could not move room. We asked to speak to a manager which she point blank said no. She was very rude. This hotel was highly unsafe and we felt very uncomfortable.! We tried to book a flight home but unfortunatly there is only 2 flights a week home and the closest flight was the one we were returning home on. We then tried to contact love holidays where we were speaking to 3 different people in the live chats where they ended the chat after we explained the situation and we took screenshots also to prove this. We also rang the company where we were in the que for 45mins before speaking to someone. When we got hold of them the guy we were speaking to did not seem to care one bit and tried to tell us that we were not promised a safe or wifi on the website and we were lying (proof we were below). We asked for a refund and to be moved and he told us we were not entitled to a full refund and we had to pay for a new hotel if we wanted to move and that we had to book it ourselves. This was a complete joke. Our whole holiday was destroyed. I had even emailed the hotel weeks prior to arrival to say it was our anniversary and asking them to make it extra special, my email was ignored. Our special holiday we saved up all year for was nothing short of a nightmare, and as a result I have met with my solicitor to take legal action. On check out day we were pulled for a meeting with Natalia and spoken to like children. Natalia persisted that when I made the official complaint at reception she apologized, however I made a voice recording of my complaint and she clearly did not apologise once or offer any solutions to any of our issues. She did offer to fix the safe for us however, the safe which was made of plastic and not bolted down. This just was not acceptable. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

We feel deceived and scammed. I booked with Loveholidays for my daughters 21st birthday. When she arrived at check in she rang me in tears because the hotel had forced to pay charges for services that should be standard or that she wouldn't use. It now seems to be common practice for hotels to decieve customers about the true room rate so Loveholidays knew it would happen but they didn't tell us even though the charges can run into hundreds of pounds. I asked Loveholidays to help but they just said 'if you have a problem with the hotel, sort it out with them', I reminded them my booking was with Loveholidays but they weren't interested. They get out of it by burying the fact that a hotel may do this in thier T&Cs. I'm very angry that they weren't up up front so I'll raise another complaint but expect to be ignored.

My hotel club mumamar Icmeler turkey we booked through love holidays was a complete joke the hotel was ment to be 4 star what a joke it would scrape a 1 star at best absolute joke spent over 1000 pound eating out for me and my family becouse the food in hotel was inedible put a complaint in got to wait up to 56 days for a reply a joke food was definitely not the only issue

Booked a holiday on Tuesday 19th August with loveholidays web site had no emails no confirmation nothing even tho my deposit went out rang them 72 hours after stil not sorted then they gave me a booking number says they wil sort it again heard nothing then 7 days later no call just to get a email saying we heard back from the hotel and no dates are now available even tho there was wen booked got all the proof here screenshots etc here coz I complained they refunded the deposit said have a nice day a absolute disgrace of a company called loveholidays.com stay well clear avoid at all costs

I just recently went to Lanzarote Playa Blanca through LovHolidays. I stayed at Playa Limomes Bungalows for 7 days. We had noise from the hotel behind every afternoon and evening for the whole of he seven days, mostly Karaoke very loud. When I got back I complained by letter to LovHolidays. They asked if I had any video or pictures. Luckily I had take my video camera and did record the noise many times. So I sent that to them and haven't heard anything back. Don't think they thought I would have proof. My experience about LovHolidays is they take your money and disappear, so if you have problems you can't get hold of them. My holiday was ruined and I was more stressed when I got back. Do yourself a favor use a decent travel agent as LovHolidays will destroy your holiday and won't give s dam

I would wholeheartedly recommend this travel agent had an amazing week in dubai booked by this company. Can't thank them enough Raffles the palm. Absolutely amazing hotel.
