Diabolical company. Order flowers for mothers day and they never arrived. I called so many times, no answer. Emailed a few times, no reply. Sent messages through facebook messenger, no answer. My mum was so upset because she never received the flowers and every year without fail, I send my mum flowers on mothers day even if I'm going to see her. They arrived by royal mail in a massive box, they were dead and wasn't even worth putting them in water. I contacted my card company and they got it back for me. I then realised it wasn't only me, hundreds of other people were ripped off for mothers day. How is this company still allowed to trade is beyond me. They were on Watchdog that week. Don't buy from them and if by accident you do because apparently the director is setting up other dodgy companies to sell flowers, always use a credit card

They don't even deserve one star. Order for special birthday arrived 4 days late and total different yo whst was ordered. There not even £5 worth of flowers. Emailed several times tried calling no answers AVIOD THEM DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Avoid at all cost mothers day flowers arrived 5 days late .held together with cello tape. Would have got better flowers from supermarket .no response to emails and no luck on the phones

Ordered flowers for mothers day and paid extra £4.95 tracking but the flowers never came , rang ,emailed them but no answer and no reply . Shocking !! Had to seek help through my bank which refunded me my money back but are also looking into this company

They failed to deliver my mothers day flowers which my 16 year old daughter ordered. No response to calls or emails

I ordered flowers for my sisters 60th birthday I ordered them for the 22 june but they did not turn up so disappointed as gave lots of notice

Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday. Already five days late, birthday has come and gone and still no flowers. Customer service has been appalling and only correspondence from them has been for me to read their t&c’s that my online orders do not always arrive on chosen delivery date!

Bad experience. Non existent customer service and dreadful flowers. Would give 0 stars if possible Non existent customer service. Phone continuously engaged, no response to emails. Flowers arrived two days later than requested without any courtesy contact to let me know took a week in total to be delivered. Arrived half dead and mostly wilted, completely different flowers to the ones I ordered and expected..please process a full refund as you have not provided the product and service you advertise! If i could leave a big fat ZERO i would,Ordered birthday flowers for my friend i asked for them to be delivered on 16th Sept i also added extra flowers an the photo also showed a balloon,The flowers arrived on Saturday 14th no balloon Chocolates instead considering i know m friend is diabetic i was fuming,The response from them was "They state that flowers will be delivered 1 working day before"I ordered them for the 16th Sept for friends birthday on 17th Sept,They also say its free delivery but charge for next day ,Well it isnt free at all the company will not send flowers the next day unless you pay for it ,I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards an the Advertising Authorities for false advertising,Disgusted by the level of customer service ,Off to report them now before they ruin more special days !!! Be ashamed of yourselves !!!!

Flowers arrived via Royal Mail which was a mistake to start with when dealing with fresh flowers, I was out so a card was left, I phoned to have them re delivered next day, but they couldn't, I had to drive a distance the following day to pick up from r/mail depot, half the flowers were already dead, they have offered to send me another bouquet, hopefully they will be fresher this time as quality was very poor

i have received a very nice bunch flowers. Unfortunately they weren't for me and the card inside was an apology from lovelyflora to a dissatisfied customer !! Whoever this was fot will still be left wanting! the address label was addressed to a V green at an address in Warwickshire, followed by an address in Gloucestershire followed by a Post Code in Peterborough. Whoever is checking this stuff - especially supposed 'managers' who sanction free flowers - should be shot/ fired / retrained etc etc I'd say avoid

The flowers came damaged and died by the next day. The roses were rotten and embarrassing to offer at Valentine by post. Thankfully I had contingencies and bought flowers in with me whilst coming from work.

I paid for a delivery that was never delivered. I have tried multiple times to get hold of them. They do not respond. Would advise everyone to AVOID this company at all costs
